The core principle involves compressing the secondary steam, which is generated by the evaporator, using a highly efficient steam compressor. This process ingeniously transforms electrical energy into thermal energy. As a result, both the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam are elevated. The increased temperature of the secondary steam allows it to return to the evaporator, where it efficiently heats the materials and induces further evaporation. Consequently, this innovative process enables the recycling of the latent heat of vaporization from the secondary steam, paving the way for enhanced energy efficiency and sustainability.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin the installation of the Reliable Steam Compressor with Overall Base and Frequency Conversion Motor by securely placing the compressor base integrally on the foundation. Underneath the base, strategically position wedge-shaped shims to meticulously adjust and ensure that the unit is level.
These wedge-shaped irons should be placed alternately. Once the unit is perfectly leveled, proceed to spot weld the wedge-shaped irons at an optimal 4 to 5 points. The wedge must be
crafted and fitted by the user, taking into account the specific conditions of the site. It is crucial that the contact surface is meticulously finished to guarantee an even contact of the inclined
plane. Moreover, the wedge iron must maintain a bearing capacity not exceeding 40Kg/cm
2 ).
3.3.2 Utilize a precision level to ascertain the unit’s level. The detailed leveling specifications are as follows: The axial level tolerance of the unit is an exacting 0.05/1000mm, and the horizontal
level of the unit should not exceed 0.10/1000mm for optimal performance.

3.3.3 For coupling alignment, ensure accurate centering. Prior to commencing the alignment, observe the following prerequisites:
1) Ensure the main power supply is completely turned off to guarantee safety;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section;
4) Thoroughly examine the flatness of the motor installation plane, ensuring it's free from debris, dirt, and any obstructions;
5) Verify that the motor bolt hole is sufficiently larger than the bolt itself to allow easy loosening for motor adjustments;
6) Prepare an ample supply of stainless steel gaskets to support the motor's foot. These gaskets must be free of any attachments and must be adequately flat. Avoid using lengthy and slender gaskets for adjustments between the motor and the base;
7) Employ a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with a precision of 0.01mm, which the customer should provide;
8) Prepare the necessary bracket to support the dial indicator as depicted in the figure below;

9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to securely position a dial indicator on the hub’s edge, placing the indicator probe on the outer rim of the compressor wheel hub;
10) Precisely adjust the bolts around the motor feet to ensure that the compressor and the motor’s center line are closely aligned. The permissible deviation of the outer circle is not more than 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line positioned slightly higher than the compressor’s low-speed shaft center line. Coupling end face deviations should range between 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Once alignment is achieved, securely tighten the motor foot bolts and re-evaluate the coupling’s outer circle runout and end face runout;
12) Conclude the procedure by installing the coupling intermediate section after a successful motor idling test.
3.3.4 Post-adjustment of the casing’s levelness and alignment, ensure the anchor bolts are tightly secured. After the mechanical operation or trial run, it is essential to loosen the bolts before re-tightening them for optimal stability.
3.3.5 The impeller is a critical high-speed rotating component, and even the slightest intrusion of solids or liquids can cause irreversible damage to the compressor. It is imperative to maintain cleanliness in the inlet and outlet pipelines attached to the compressor, ensuring they meet the system’s specified steam corrosion grade requirements. Any pipelines failing to meet these criteria must be promptly rectified. It is strongly
recommended to install solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the straight pipe at the compressor inlet to safeguard the system.
3.3.6 Proceed to install the compressor’s inlet and outlet pipes in accordance with the PI diagram, ensuring that all relevant pipeline accessories are correctly fitted. The pipeline connected to the compressor should be independently supported by an auxiliary bracket, ensuring its weight does not burden the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the robust main fan and its associated ancillary equipment have been expertly installed and the concrete has fully cured to perfection, you’re all set for the thrilling compressor operation test.
3.3.8 The sophisticated electric control cabinet for the compressor should be strategically positioned within a convenient 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. Ensure seamless connectivity by utilizing threading pipes to run the wiring underground, effectively linking the compressor to the cabinet. Once the cabinet is meticulously placed, flawlessly connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the lines at the remote DCS, ensuring smooth and efficient operation.
