This transformation leads to an increase in both pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. The elevated temperature and pressure enable the secondary steam to return to the evaporator, where it serves to heat materials, facilitating evaporation. This ingenious cycle effectively recycles the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam, showcasing a remarkable example of sustainability and efficiency in energy usage.

The Oil-film High-Speed Direct Drive Steam Compressor is an advanced piece of turbine technology, powered by a high-efficiency permanent magnet motor. Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by carefully positioning the compressor base directly onto the foundation. Underneath the base, place wedge-shaped shims, which are essential for achieving perfect leveling of the unit.
Alternate the positioning of two wedge-shaped irons and, once the unit is impeccably leveled, secure the wedges by spot welding them at 4 to 5 strategic points. Remember, these wedges must be
custom-manufactured and installed by the user to fit the specific conditions of the foundation. Ensure that the contact surface is finished to perfection, allowing for seamless contact of
inclined planes. The load-bearing capacity of each wedge iron should be capped at 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Utilize a precision level to ascertain the unit's horizontal and axial alignment. The stringent leveling criteria are: an axial level precision of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal
level precision of 0.10/1000mm, ensuring unparalleled stability and performance of the unit.

3.3.3 Center the coupling with meticulous care. Before you start the alignment process, confirm the following critical requirements:
1) Ensure the main power supply is fully shut down to guarantee safety;
2) Diligently remove the coupling shield to provide clear access for alignment;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section to facilitate precise adjustments;
4) Thoroughly inspect the flatness of the motor installation plane, ensuring it is free of any debris, dirt, or attachments that could hinder alignment;
5) Verify that the motor bolt holes are sufficiently larger than the bolts themselves, allowing for effortless loosening and adjustment of the motor;
6) Have an ample supply of pristine, flat stainless steel gaskets ready. These gaskets should be devoid of attachments and must not be long and thin to avoid damage during the adjustment process;
7) Employ a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter, boasting an accuracy of 0.01mm, which must be sourced by the customer;
8) Secure a robust bracket to support the dial indicator accurately, as illustrated in the figure below;

9) Use a motor wheel hub mounting bracket for affixing the dial indicator to the hub's edge, allowing the probe to rest on the outer edge of the compressor wheel hub;
10) Adjust the motor feet's adjustment bolts diligently, aligning the compressor and motor center lines. The maximum permissible deviation of the outer circle is 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line positioned higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft center line. Coupling end face deviation should range between 0.03mm and 0.05mm;

11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts, and meticulously review both the outer circle runout and end face runout of the coupling;
12) Reinstall the coupling intermediate section after conducting a thorough motor idling test.
3.3.4 Once the casing's levelness and alignment are adjusted to precision, securely tighten the anchor bolts. Post mechanical operation or trial run, ensure to loosen and retighten these bolts for optimal stability.

3.3.5 The impeller is a critical component, operating at high speeds. Any foreign solid or liquid entering the impeller could irreparably damage the compressor. Thus, ensure the cleanliness of the inlet and outlet pipelines connected to the compressor, ensuring they meet the system's steam corrosion grade. Rectify pipelines not meeting these standards. Consider installing solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the compressor inlet's straight pipe.
3.3.6 Proceed to install the compressor inlet and outlet pipes. Adhere to the PI diagram guidelines for installing relevant pipeline accessories. Ensure that the pipelines connected to the compressor are supported by an independent bracket, preventing undue weight stress on the compressor body.
3.3.7 After successfully installing the main fan and its ancillary equipment, and once the concrete foundation is fully solidified, you are ready to conduct the compressor operation test, ensuring flawless performance and reliability.
