This is achieved through the strategic reutilization of the secondary steam energy it generates. Central to its remarkable efficiency is the principle of compressing the secondary steam produced by an evaporator using a high-energy efficiency steam compressor. This process artfully converts electrical energy into thermal energy, leading to an increase in both pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. The elevated temperature then allows the secondary steam to return to the evaporator, where it effectively heats the materials and initiates evaporation. This ingenious cycle results in the recycling of the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam, driving significant energy savings and operational efficiency.
The DML series low temperature rise steam compressor is an engineering marvel, meticulously crafted to include a robust compressor body, which features critical components such as the volute, impeller, main shaft, bearing housing, and seal. Additionally, the construction is complemented by a coupling, a motor, and a sophisticated array of electric instruments. Each component is thoughtfully designed and integrated to ensure optimal performance and reliability, making it a standout choice for industrial applications where precise temperature control and energy efficiency are paramount.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by placing the compressor base seamlessly on the foundation. Carefully position wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to achieve a meticulous level adjustment of the unit.
Skillfully alternate two wedge-shaped irons, ensuring precise leveling of the unit. Securely spot weld the wedge-shaped irons at 4 to 5 strategic points for optimal stability.
The user should craft and install the wedges tailored to the specific conditions, ensuring a flawless contact surface (ensuring even contact of the inclined
plane). The wedge iron's bearing capacity should not exceed 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Employ a precision level to verify the unit's alignment. The unit's exacting leveling criteria: an axial level of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm.
Ensure both axial and horizontal levels are achieved with meticulous accuracy.

3.3.3 Center the coupling with precision. Before initiating alignment, verify the following essential prerequisites:
1) Ensure the main power supply is securely turned off;
2) Diligently remove the coupling shield for clear access;
3) Carefully dismantle the diaphragm coupling intermediate section;
4) Scrutinize the motor installation plane's flatness, ensuring it is free of any foreign objects, dirt, or attachments;
5) The motor bolt hole should exceed the bolt size, allowing ease of loosening and motor adjustment;
6) Equip yourself with ample stainless steel gaskets to support the motor foot. These gaskets should be free from attachments and uniformly flat. Avoid using elongated and thin gaskets for motor-to-base adjustments;
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with a precision of 0.01mm (customer responsibility);
8) Prepare an appropriate bracket to support the dial indicator, as depicted in the following illustration;

9) Employ the motor wheel hub mounting bracket for securing a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge and positioning a dial indicator probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Adjust the bolts around the motor feet with precision to align the compressor and motor center line precisely (or follow specific instructions), ensuring the outer circle's maximum deviation is within 0.05mm (the motor shaft center line should ideally be higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft center line), and coupling end face is maintained at 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Conclude by tightening the motor foot bolts, rechecking the outer circle runout and end face runout of the coupling;
12) Reinstall the coupling's intermediate section after thoroughly conducting a motor idling test.
3.3.4 Following the adjustment of 'levelness' and alignment of the casing, firmly secure the anchor bolts. Post mechanical operation (or trial operation), these bolts should be loosened and retightened for assured stability.
3.3.5 The impeller is a vital high-speed rotating element, and any solid or liquid intrusion will result in irreversible damage to the compressor. Therefore, it is crucial to confirm that the inlet and outlet pipelines linked to the compressor are pristine and adhere to the system's steam corrosion grade requirements. Non-compliant pipelines must be promptly rectified. It's advisable to install solid liquid separation equipment (such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee) prior to the straight pipe at the compressor inlet.
3.3.6 Proceed with the installation of the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Adhere to the PI diagram by equipping import and export pipelines with the appropriate pipeline accessories. The pipeline connected to the compressor must be independently supported by an external bracket to avoid burdening the compressor body with excessive weight.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its ancillary equipment are firmly installed and the concrete has fully set, it's time to initiate the compressor operation test, ensuring a seamless transition into operational excellence.
3.3.8 Install the compressor's electric control cabinet strategically within a 5-meter radius for optimal functionality. Safeguard the wiring by threading it through pipes underground, creating a robust and secure connection from the compressor to the cabinet. Once positioned, seamlessly integrate the electric control cabinet's wiring terminals with the lines at the remote DCS, ensuring flawless connectivity.
