3.3.1 Begin by seamlessly positioning the compressor base on its foundation, accentuating precision with wedge-shaped shims placed beneath the base. These shims are crucial for achieving perfect leveling.
Alternate two wedge-shaped irons methodically. As you level the unit, securely spot weld the irons at 4 to 5 strategic points, ensuring stability.
The wedge irons should be custom-crafted and installed by the user, tailored to the specific demands of the project. Ensure the contact surface is meticulously finished for even contact and optimal performance.
Please note, the bearing capacity of the wedge iron must not exceed 40Kg/cm2).
3.3.2 Utilize a precision level to ascertain the correct level. The axial level precision required for the unit is an impressive 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal level precision is 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Achieve flawless coupling alignment by ensuring the following prerequisites are met:
1) Deactivate the main power supply with utmost caution.
2) Remove the coupling shield carefully to prevent any damage.
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section for unobstructed access.
4) Scrutinize the motor installation plane for absolute flatness, ensuring it's free of any foreign materials or debris.
5) Ensure motor bolt holes are dimensioned larger than the bolts to allow for adjustments if necessary.
6) Stock up on premium stainless steel gaskets, ensuring they are immaculate and flat. Avoid the use of long, thin gaskets for adjustments as they risk instability.
7) Employ a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with an accuracy of 0.01mm, sourced by the customer, to guide alignment precision.
8) Prepare a robust bracket as illustrated below to support the dial indicator during alignment.
9) Mount the motor wheel hub bracket and position the dial indicator probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge for precise measurements.
10) Fine-tune the adjustment bolts around the motor feet to align the compressor and motor center lines accurately, with a maximum deviation threshold of 0.05mm. Ensure the motor shaft center line is positioned above the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, while the coupling end face deviation remains between 0.03~0.05mm.
11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts and rigorously review the coupling's outer circle and end face runout for any discrepancies.;
12) Conclude by reinstalling the coupling intermediate section post-motor idling test to ensure seamless integration.
3.3.4 Upon achieving perfect 'levelness' and alignment of the casing, firmly tighten the anchor bolts. Post mechanical operation or trial run, revisit and retighten the bolts for reinforced security.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed marvel, demands pristine conditions. Any foreign solid or liquid can inflict irreversible harm. Hence, the inlet and outlet pipelines must be immaculate and adhere to the system's steam corrosion specifications. Rectify non-compliant pipelines, and consider installing solid-liquid separation systems, such as gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees, ahead of the compressor inlet's straight pipe.
3.3.6 Attentively install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes, ensuring all relevant pipeline accessories are in place as per the PI diagram. The connected pipelines must be independently supported, not by the compressor body, safeguarding against undue stress.
3.3.7 After the comprehensive installation of the main fan and auxiliary equipment, and the complete solidification of concrete, proceed to conduct the compressor's operational test, ensuring all systems are go.
