This advanced system ingeniously reuses the secondary steam energy it produces. The core principle lies in utilizing the evaporator's secondary steam, which is then skillfully compressed by a high-efficiency steam compressor. This process masterfully converts electrical energy into thermal energy, elevating the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. The heightened temperature allows the steam to return to the evaporator, where it effectively heats the materials, instigating evaporation and enabling the recycling of the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam.

The oil-film high-speed direct drive steam compressor is an innovative marvel of turbine equipment powered by a high-efficiency permanent magnet motor. Its unique architecture features an impeller seamlessly integrated into the shaft extension end of the motor. The rotor finds its support through an oil film bearing, facilitating a direct drive by the high-speed motor. This sophisticated design eliminates the need for speed-increasing boxes and couplings, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 The compressor base should be meticulously placed on the foundation. Utilize wedge-shaped shims under the base to achieve precise leveling for the unit. These shims serve as essential tools to ensure a stable setup.
Carefully alternate two wedge-shaped irons for optimal stability. Once the unit is perfectly leveled, secure it by spot welding the wedge-shaped irons at 4 to 5 strategic points.
The wedges must be crafted and installed by the user, tailored to the specific situation. The contact surface needs to be perfectly finished to ensure uniform contact of the inclined plane.
The wedge iron must sustain a load not exceeding 40Kg/cm², ensuring robust support without compromising structural integrity.

3.3.2 Achieve impeccable leveling using a precision level. The unit's leveling must adhere to stringent requirements: an axial level of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm, ensuring unparalleled accuracy.

3.3.3 The coupling must be centered with precision. Before commencing with alignment, ensure these crucial pre-requisites:
1) Deactivate the main power supply to ensure safety;
2) Safely remove the coupling shield;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section with care;
4) Verify the motor installation plane's flatness. It must be free from foreign objects, dirt, and unwanted attachments;
5) Motor bolt holes should be larger than the bolts, allowing for easy adjustment of the motor by loosening the bolts;
6) Prepare ample amounts of stainless steel gaskets, ensuring they are pristine and free from attachments. Avoid using long, thin gaskets for motor and base adjustments;
7) Employ a high-accuracy dial indicator or laser alignment meter (0.01mm accuracy, to be provided by the customer);
8) Arrange a robust bracket to support the dial indicator as depicted in the accompanying figure;

9) Use the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to position the dial indicator at the wheel hub's edge, placing its probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) By fine-tuning the adjustment bolts around the motor feet, align the compressor and motor center lines accurately. Ensure the maximum deviation of the outer circle remains at 0.05mm. The motor shaft center line must be slightly higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, with coupling end face deviations restricted to 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Upon completing adjustments, secure the motor foot bolts and reassess both outer circle runout and end face runout of the coupling for precision;;
12) Once the motor idling test is satisfactory, reinstall the coupling's intermediate section, ensuring seamless operation.
3.3.4 Upon achieving optimal 'levelness' and alignment of the casing, tighten the anchor bolts securely. After mechanical or trial operations, loosen and retighten the bolts to reinforce stability.

3.3.5 Given its high-speed rotation, the impeller is vulnerable to irreversible damage from external solid or liquid intrusions. Guarantee the cleanliness of all compressor-connected pipelines, adhering to the system's steam corrosion grade. Pipelines failing to meet these standards must undergo rectification. It is advisable to install solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the compressor inlet's straight pipe.
3.3.6 Proceed with installing the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Ensure to equip import and export pipelines with appropriate accessories as per the PI diagram. The pipes connected to the compressor must be independently supported by separate brackets, ensuring the compressor body bears no additional weight.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and all its auxiliary equipment have been meticulously installed and the concrete has reached its optimal solid state, you can proceed with the thrilling phase of conducting the compressor operation test, ensuring precision and excellence.
3.3.8 The electric control cabinet for the compressor should find its home within a convenient 5 meters of the compressor itself. The connection journey from the compressor to this control hub should be elegantly routed using an underground threading pipe. Once the electric control cabinet is perfectly positioned, seamlessly connect the wiring terminals within it to the lines at the remote DCS, establishing a robust and reliable communication pathway.
