Installation Instructions

3.3.1 The compressor base should be carefully and integrally placed upon the foundation, ensuring excellence by placing wedge-shaped shims under the base. These shims are expertly used to achieve an impeccable unit level.
Wedge-shaped irons are to be placed alternately, and, after achieving the perfect level, securely spot weld the wedge irons at 4~5 strategic points. These wedges must be
crafted and installed by the user, tailored to the specific situation, ensuring the contact surface is finely finished for seamless contact of inclined
planes. Note that the bearing capacity of the wedge iron should not exceed the robust limit of 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Use a precision level to ensure the unit is perfectly balanced. The unit's leveling mandates are as follows: an axial level of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal
level of 0.10/1000mm, ensuring flawless precision and alignment.

3.3.3 Perfect coupling alignment is essential. Prior to embarking on this task, ensure the following meticulous prerequisites are met:
1) Ensure absolute safety by switching off the main power supply;
2) Carefully detach the coupling shield;
3) Remove the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section with care;
4) Rigorously inspect the motor installation plane to confirm it's free of any foreign particles, dirt, and attachments;
5) Guarantee the motor bolt hole exceeds the bolt size, allowing bolt loosening for precise motor adjustment;
6) Ensure a sufficient supply of pristine stainless steel gaskets to completely cover the motor's base, devoid of attachments and impeccably flat. Avoid using long, thin gaskets between the motor and base for adjustments;
7) Employ a dial indicator or laser alignment meter with an impressive accuracy of 0.01mm (provided by the customer);
8) Prepare the essential bracket to support the dial indicator as depicted below;

9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to deftly mount a dial indicator on the hub's edge, positioning the probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) By skillfully adjusting the bolts around the motor feet, align the compressor and motor center lines, ensuring the maximum outer circle deviation is a precise 0.05mm (the motor shaft center line should be marginally higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft center line), with a coupling end face deviation of 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Conclude by securely tightening the motor foot bolts and meticulously reviewing the outer circle runout and end face runout of the coupling;
12) Proceed to install the coupling intermediate section following the motor's idling test.
3.3.4 Post adjustment of both 'levelness' and casing alignment, fasten the anchor bolts securely. After mechanical operation or trial operation, these bolts should be slightly loosened and then retightened to maintain utmost integrity.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed rotating masterpiece, demands careful attention. Any intrusion by solid or liquid materials can inflict irreversible harm on the compressor. Thus, it is imperative to ensure that all inlet and outlet piping associated with the compressor is pristine and meets the stringent steam corrosion grade requirements of the system. Any pipelines falling short of this criterion must be rectified promptly. It is p
recommended to incorporate solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, ahead of the straight pipe at the compressor inlet, safeguarding its efficiency.
3.3.6 Install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes with precision and care. Import and export pipelines should be equipped with the appropriate accessories as per the PI diagram. It is crucial to support the pipeline connected to the compressor with an independent bracket, ensuring that its weight is never borne by the compressor body itself.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its supporting components are perfectly in place and the concrete has achieved complete solidification, it's time to proceed with the thrilling stage of the compressor operation test. This is where superior performance meets precision engineering, ensuring that the system is ready for optimum functionality.
3.3.8 For seamless integration, the electric control cabinet of the compressor should be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. To maintain an elegant and efficient setup, ensure that the wiring connecting the compressor to the control cabinet is neatly threaded through underground pipes. Once the electric control cabinet is expertly positioned, meticulously connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet with the remote DCS lines, ensuring a robust and reliable connection.
