This transformation elevates both the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. Once elevated, the secondary steam is cleverly redirected back to the evaporator, where it performs the dual function of heating materials and generating further evaporation. This intelligent cycle ensures the recycling of latent heat from the secondary steam's vaporization, epitomizing sustainable and efficient energy usage.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin the installation journey by positioning the compressor base seamlessly on the prepared foundation. Introduce wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to achieve impeccable unit leveling.
Strategically alternate two wedge-shaped irons for optimal stability. Once the unit is perfectly leveled, secure the irons with spot welds at 4 to 5 strategic points.
Craft and install the wedges tailored to your specific operational environment, ensuring a smooth contact surface for a flawless, even contact of the inclined plane.
Note: The wedge iron's bearing capacity should not exceed a robust 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Master the art of leveling with precision instruments. The unit's axial level should be an accurate 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal level should be a meticulous 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Achieve perfect alignment with the coupling. Follow these essential prerequisites before you embark on alignment:
1) Ensure safety first by turning off the main power supply.
2) Swiftly remove the coupling shield for easy access.
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section with care.
4) Thoroughly inspect the motor installation plane for any debris or attachments, ensuring a pristine flatness.
5) Guarantee that the motor bolt holes exceed the bolt size to allow smooth adjustments when loosening.
6) Equip yourself with abundant flat stainless steel gaskets. Avoid long and thin gaskets for meticulous adjustments between the motor and the base.
7) Utilize a dial indicator or laser alignment meter with supreme 0.01mm accuracy, ensuring precision measurement.
8) Prepare a robust bracket to support the dial indicator, as depicted in the accompanying figure.

9) Deploy the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to precisely position a dial indicator probe on the compressor wheel hub's edge.
10) With finesse, adjust the motor feet bolts to align the compressor and motor center lines. Maintain a maximum 0.05mm outer circle deviation, with the motor shaft slightly elevated above the compressor's low-speed shaft.

11) Conclude by tightening the motor foot bolts, re-evaluating the coupling's outer circle and end face runout for perfection.;
12) Reinstall the coupling intermediate section post the motor's idle testing phase.
3.3.4 Post alignment, securely fasten the anchor bolts. After successful mechanical operation or trial run, loosen then retighten these bolts for optimal stability.
3.3.5 With the impeller's high-speed rotation, vigilance is paramount. Any solid or liquid intrusion could irreversibly damage the compressor. Maintain clean inlet and outlet pipelines that conform to the system's steam corrosion standards.
Enhance pipeline integrity by integrating solid-liquid separation equipment, such as gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees, before the compressor inlet's straight pipe.
3.3.6 Proceed to install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes, adhering to the PI diagram. Each pipeline connected to the compressor must be independently supported to prevent undue strain on the compressor body.
3.3.7 Upon completion of the installation of the main fan and its ancillary equipment, and once the concrete has fully solidified, it is then time to commence the exciting phase of the compressor operation test. This crucial step ensures everything is in perfect working order and ready for optimal performance.
3.3.8 For enhanced safety and efficiency, the electric control cabinet of the compressor should be strategically installed within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. The connection from the compressor to the electric control cabinet is elegantly achieved through threading pipe, thoughtfully placed underground for a sleek and unobtrusive finish. Once the electric control cabinet is securely positioned, meticulously connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the lines at the remote DCS, ensuring seamless communication and control.
