3.3.1 To guarantee the exceptional performance of your state-of-the-art Steam Compressor, featuring an Overall Base and sophisticated Guide Vane Adjustment from the esteemed NANTONG DART-RICH FAN CO., LTD, ensure the compressor base is positioned integrally on a solid foundation. With utmost precision, place wedge-shaped shims beneath the base, adeptly utilized to adjust the unit to achieve a precise level.
Arrange the wedge-shaped irons in an alternating pattern for stability. Once the unit achieves impeccable leveling, expertly spot weld the wedge-shaped irons in 4 to 5 strategically chosen spots. These custom-crafted wedges, designed to suit your specific scenario, ensure a smooth contact surface for the even distribution of force.
The contact surface must be skillfully finished to ensure perfect contact on the inclined plane. It's vital that the wedge iron's bearing capacity remains below 40Kg/cm2, safeguarding structural integrity.
3.3.2 Utilize a precision level to meticulously ensure the unit's alignment. The rigorous leveling standards demand an axial level accuracy of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level precision of 0.10/1000mm, ensuring unrivaled accuracy and performance.
3.3.3 Achieve impeccable coupling alignment by adhering to these essential steps:
1) For maximum safety, ensure the main power supply is completely turned off;
2) Carefully detach the coupling shield with precision;
3) Remove the diaphragm coupling intermediate section with meticulous care;
4) Thoroughly inspect the motor installation plane's flatness ensuring it is pristine and devoid of any foreign materials;
5) Ensure the motor bolt holes are marginally larger than the bolts themselves, providing the necessary allowance for bolt loosening and motor adjustments;
6) Prepare a substantial supply of premium stainless steel gaskets to support the motor's base. These gaskets must maintain perfect flatness without any attachments, avoiding long, thin gaskets for adjustments.
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a state-of-the-art precision laser alignment meter, accurate to 0.01mm, which must be provided by the customer;
8) Prepare a robustly designed bracket to securely support the dial indicator, as illustrated in the accompanying diagram;
9) Employ the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to secure a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, expertly positioning the dial indicator probe on the exterior rim of the compressor wheel hub;
10) With deft precision, adjust the motor feet's adjustment bolts to align the compressor and motor center lines. The outer circle's maximum deviation should not exceed 0.05mm, ensuring the motor shaft center line is slightly elevated relative to the compressor's low-speed shaft center line. The coupling end face deviation should be maintained between 0.03 and 0.05mm.
11) Conclude the process by securely tightening the motor foot bolts, and critically review both the outer circle runout and the end face runout of the coupling for optimal alignment.
12) Following successful motor idling tests, proceed to install the coupling intermediate section for seamless and efficient operation.
3.3.4 Once the 'levelness' and alignment of the casing have been expertly adjusted, tighten the anchor bolts to ensure steadfast security. Post mechanical or trial operation, it is crucial to loosen and retighten the bolts, guaranteeing long-term reliability.
3.3.5 Considering the impeller is a high-speed rotating component, preventing any solid or liquid intrusion is critical as it could cause irreparable damage to the compressor. Ensure the inlet and outlet pipelines linked to the compressor are impeccably clean and conform to the system's steam corrosion grade standards. Pipelines not meeting these criteria must be promptly rectified.It is strongly recommended to integrate solid-liquid separation equipment—such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee—before the straight pipe at the compressor's inlet to ensure the system's integrity.
3.3.6 Begin the installation of the compressor's inlet and outlet pipelines. It's imperative to equip these pipelines with essential accessories as outlined in the PI diagram. Ensure that the pipeline connected to the compressor is adequately supported by an independent bracket, safeguarding the compressor body from any excessive weight or strain.
3.3.7 After the diligent installation of the main fan and its related equipment, and once the concrete foundation has reached its optimal solidity, you are ready to move into the thrilling phase of conducting a compressor operation test. This pivotal step guarantees that all components are functioning seamlessly and efficiently.
3.3.8 Strategically place the electric control cabinet of the compressor within a 5-meter proximity of the compressor unit. Employ a robust threading pipe to facilitate the smooth and concealed underground routing of the wiring from the compressor to the control cabinet. With the electric control cabinet securely positioned, meticulously connect the wiring terminals to the lines at the remote DCS, creating a strong and dependable control link.
