3.3.1 The compressor base should be impeccably placed on the foundation, accompanied by the strategic positioning of wedge-shaped shims beneath the base. These shims are crucial for achieving a perfect level and ensuring operational precision.
Skillfully alternate the wedge-shaped irons, achieving a flawless level for the unit. Secure this precision by spot welding the wedges at 4 to 5 key points, ensuring steadfast stability.
Tailor the wedges to perfection based on the specific circumstances, with a meticulous focus on the contact surface for seamless adherence to the inclined plane.
The bearing capacity of the wedge iron must maintain excellence, not exceeding 40Kg/cm

3.3.2 Employ a precision level to ensure exactitude. The unit's axial perfection requires a remarkable 0.05/1000mm, while its horizontal level demands a superior 0.10/1000mm.
Such exacting standards ensure the compressor performs with unmatched efficiency.

3.3.3 Achieve coupling perfection through strategic centering. Prior to initiating alignment, adhere to these essential prerequisites:
1) Deactivate the main power supply meticulously;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield for unobstructed access;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section with precision;
4) Ensure the motor installation plane is immaculately flat, free from debris and contamination;
5) Design motor bolt holes with ample clearance, facilitating effortless adjustment of the motor through bolt loosening;
6) Stock up on premium stainless steel gaskets to fully support the motor foot, ensuring they are pristine and impeccably flat. Avoid inserting elongated or slender gaskets between the motor and base.
7) Utilize a state-of-the-art dial indicator or laser alignment meter, boasting an impressive accuracy of 0.01mm (acquired independently);
8) Prepare a robust bracket for securely supporting the dial indicator, as illustrated below;

9) Employ the motor wheel hub mounting bracket for accurately positioning a dial indicator on the hub's edge, while expertly placing the probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Masterfully adjust bolts around the motor feet, aligning the compressor and motor center lines with precision. Ensure the outer circle's deviation does not exceed 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line strategically elevated above the compressor low-speed shaft center line. Maintain coupling end face deviation within 0.03~0.05mm.

11) Secure the motor foot bolts confidently, meticulously reviewing the outer circle and end face runout of the coupling;
12) Seamlessly install the coupling intermediate section following a successful motor idling test.
3.3.4 Post-adjustment of 'levelness' and alignment, anchor bolts must be fastened securely. After mechanical operation or preliminary trials, these bolts should be loosened and re-tightened for optimal security.
3.3.5 The impeller, a dynamic and high-speed marvel, demands a pristine environment. Any solid or liquid intrusion can lead to irreversible damage. Ensure all pipelines connected to the compressor are immaculately clean and conform to the system's steam corrosion criteria. Non-compliant pipelines require urgent rectification. It's advisable to integrate solid-liquid separation devices like gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees prior to the compressor inlet's straight pipe.
3.3.6 Proceed with the installation of compressor inlet and outlet pipes. Install corresponding pipeline accessories in accordance with the PI diagram. Ensure the pipeline linked to the compressor is independently supported, without imposing its weight on the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and auxiliary equipment are impeccably installed and the concrete is fully cured, initiate the compressor operation test with confidence and precision.
