The core principle involves compressing secondary steam produced by the evaporator using a high-energy efficiency steam compressor. This process transforms electrical energy into valuable thermal energy, subsequently elevating the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. The newly risen temperature of the steam is then redirected back to the evaporator, where it heats materials and induces evaporation. This brilliant cycle allows for the continuous recycling of the latent heat of vaporization, propelling secondary steam towards unparalleled sustainability and efficiency.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by majestically positioning the compressor base onto its foundation. Gracefully slide wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to achieve perfect leveling of the unit.
Place the wedge-shaped irons carefully in alternating fashion. Once the unit is impeccably leveled, daintily spot weld the wedge-shaped irons at 4 to 5 points. These wedges should be
custom-made and installed by the user to suit individual needs, ensuring a polished contact surface for seamless interaction of inclined
planes. Note that the wedge iron should not bear more than 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Employ a level to achieve sublime precision. The leveling criteria demand the unit's axial level to be 0.05/1000mm, with the horizontal
level reaching an exacting 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Embark on the coupling centering process with confidence. Before beginning alignment, ensure the following precise steps are taken:
1) Securely switch off the main power supply;
2) Gently remove the coupling shield;
3) Disengage the diaphragm coupling intermediate section with care;
4) Meticulously check the motor installation plane for absolute flatness, ensuring no foreign objects, dirt, or attachments remain;
5) Ensure the motor bolt hole is of ample size, allowing bolts to be loosened for motor adjustments;
6) Prepare a generous supply of pristine stainless steel gaskets to envelop the motor's foot. Gaskets must be immaculate and flat, avoiding long and thin types that could cause misalignment;
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a precise laser alignment meter with an accuracy of 0.01mm (supplied by the customer);
8) Ready a sturdy bracket for supporting the dial indicator, as illustrated in the subsequent figure;

9) Employ the motor wheel hub mounting bracket for positioning the dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, placing the probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) With refined adjustment of bolts around the motor feet, align the compressor and motor center lines, aiming for the maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm (the motor shaft center should be slightly elevated above the compressor's low-speed shaft center). Ensure a coupling end face deviation between 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Fasten the motor foot bolts securely, revisiting the outer circle and end face runouts for perfection;
12) Post-idling test, reinstall the coupling intermediate section with assurance.
3.3.4 After achieving impeccable 'levelness' and alignment, tighten the anchor bolts. Post-mechanical operation (or trial run), loosen and retighten these bolts to ensure unwavering stability.
3.3.5 The impeller, spinning at high speed, is vulnerable to irreversible damage from any solids or liquids. Verify that the inlet and outlet pipelines are pristine and compliant with the system's steam corrosion grade requirements. Pipelines falling short require rectification. It is firmly
recommended to install solid-liquid separation equipment (such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee) ahead of the straight pipe leading to the compressor inlet.
3.3.6 Proceed with installing the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Ensure that import and export pipelines are equipped with relevant accessories as per the PI diagram. Support pipelines through separate brackets, ensuring they bear no weight from the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its ancillary equipment have been meticulously installed, and the concrete has achieved full solidity, you can proceed with the compressor operation test. This step is crucial for ensuring the compressor's exceptional performance and reliability.
3.3.8 Position the electric control cabinet of the compressor within a convenient 5m radius of the compressor itself. To ensure seamless functionality, connect the wiring from the compressor to the electric control cabinet using threading pipes that are securely placed underground. Once the electric control cabinet is set up, meticulously connect the wiring terminals in the cabinet to the lines at the remote DCS, guaranteeing optimal integration and performance.
