As the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam escalate, this heightened temperature propels the secondary steam back to the evaporator. Here, it effectively heats the materials, inducing evaporation, and thereby ingeniously recycles the latent heat of vaporization. This sustainable approach ensures a significant reduction in energy demand, making it an indispensable component for eco-conscious processes.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 The comprehensive foundation placement of the compressor base demands precision and care. Position wedge-shaped shims strategically beneath the base to perfect the level of the unit.
Place two wedge-shaped irons in alternating fashion. Once the unit achieves perfect level, secure the irons with spot welds at 4 to 5 points. These wedges should be
crafted and installed by the user to meet specific conditions. Ensure the contact surface is finely finished for optimal inclined plane contact.

7) Utilize a dial indicator or laser alignment meter boasting an accuracy of 0.01mm (procured by the customer);
8) Prepare the bracket that will support the dial indicator as depicted in the figure below;

9) The motor wheel hub mounting bracket is essential for placing a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, with a probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Through delicate adjustment of the bolts around the motor feet, align the compressor and motor center lines with precision. The maximum outer circle deviation should be 0.05mm, while the motor shaft center line should be higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, maintaining a coupling end face deviation of 0.03~0.05mm;

11) As a final step, secure the motor foot bolts and reassess both outer circle and end face runout of the coupling;
12) Post motor idling test, reassemble the coupling intermediate section to ensure seamless operation.
3.3.4 Post alignment and level adjustment of the casing, exert firm tension on the anchor bolts. After mechanical operation or trial runs, release and retighten these bolts to guarantee optimal stability.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed rotating marvel, requires pristine conditions. Any foreign solid or liquid must be prevented as they could cause irreversible damage. Hence, ensure inlet and outlet pipelines connected to the compressor are impeccably clean and adhere to the system's steam corrosion grade requirements. Rectification is essential for pipelines that fall short. It is highly recommended to install solid-liquid separation equipment, like a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, prior to the compressor inlet's straight pipe.

3.3.6 Seamlessly install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Follow the PI diagram diligently to incorporate necessary pipeline accessories. Ensure that the compressor-connected pipelines are supported by independent brackets, not relying on the compressor body for support.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its supporting equipment have been meticulously installed and the concrete has achieved full solidity, the compressor is primed for an operational test. This marks a pivotal step in ensuring the seamless and efficient performance of the system.
3.3.8 The compressor's electric control cabinet must be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. It is essential that the wiring, elegantly encased within threading pipes, is routed underground for optimal safety and aesthetics. Once the electric control cabinet is securely in place, meticulously connect its wiring terminals to the corresponding lines at the remote DCS, ensuring a flawless integration for smooth operational oversight.
