MVR, which stands for mechanical vapor recompression, is a groundbreaking energy-saving technology designed to significantly reduce external energy requirements by ingeniously reutilizing the energy from secondary steam it produces. The core principle behind MVR is both innovative and efficient: secondary steam generated by the evaporator is expertly compressed using a high-energy efficiency steam compressor, which transforms electrical energy into thermal energy. This process results in an increase in both pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. The heightened temperature then allows the secondary steam to be cycled back to the evaporator, where it heats the materials and induces further evaporation. This process not only optimizes the use of energy but also enables the recycling of the latent heat of vaporization inherent in the secondary steam, exemplifying sustainable and smart engineering at its best.

3.3.1 The compressor base should be meticulously positioned on the foundation. Utilize a wedge-shaped shim beneath the base to precisely adjust the unit's level.
Place two wedge-shaped irons alternately; once the unit is perfectly level, spot weld the wedges at 4 to 5 strategic points.
The wedge must be custom manufactured and installed by the user to suit specific circumstances, ensuring the contact surface provides even contact.
The inclined plane's integrity is essential, with the bearing capacity of each wedge iron not to exceed 40Kg/cm2).
3.3.2 Employ a level to ascertain absolute precision. The unit's axial level should be 0.05/1000mm, while its horizontal level should adhere to a strict 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Achieve precise coupling centering. Prior to alignment, ensure the following protocols are satisfied:
1) Disconnect the main power supply for safety;
2) Detach the coupling shield for accessibility;
3) Remove the diaphragm coupling intermediate section seamlessly;
4) Validate the motor's installation plane flatness, completely devoid of debris, dirt, or obstructions;
5) Ensure the motor's bolt hole exceeds bolt size, facilitating easy loosening for motor adjustments;
6) Strategically prepare ample stainless steel gaskets for motor foot coverage, ensuring no attachments and maintaining flatness. Avoid using long or thin gaskets for insertion adjustments.
7) Equip a superior dial indicator or laser alignment meter, with precision at 0.01mm—customer supplied;
8) Prepare a sturdy bracket to support the dial indicator, as depicted below;
9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket for dial indicator placement on the wheel hub's edge, positioning the probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Meticulously adjust motor foot adjustment bolts to align compressor and motor center lines, ensuring maximum deviation does not exceed 0.05mm (motor shaft center must be higher than compressor low-speed shaft center). Coupling end face should remain within 0.03~0.05mm.
11) Securely tighten motor foot bolts, reviewing both outer circle runout and coupling end face runout for flawless alignment;
12) Reinstall the coupling intermediate section post a comprehensive motor idling test.
3.3.4 Post adjustment of casing 'levelness' and alignment, ensure anchor bolts are securely tightened. Following mechanical operation or trial, loosen and retighten the bolts as necessary.
3.3.5 With the impeller being a high-speed rotating component, any foreign solid or liquid can inflict irreversible damage. Thus, it is imperative to maintain clean inlet and outlet pipelines that align with the system's steam corrosion grade standards. Any non-compliant pipelines must be rectified.It is recommended to install solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, prior to the compressor inlet's straight pipe.
3.3.6 Install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes meticulously. Ensure pipelines include the necessary accessories per the PI diagram. The connected pipeline must be independently supported, without imposing weight on the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan, along with its supporting equipment, has been meticulously installed and the concrete foundation has achieved full solidification, it is the perfect moment to initiate the compressor operation test. This ensures optimal performance and reliability.
3.3.8 Position the electric control cabinet no more than 5 meters from the compressor for seamless integration. Connect the compressor to the cabinet using a threading pipe that discreetly runs underground. Once the cabinet is securely in its designated spot, link the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the remote DCS lines for a cohesive and efficient setup.
