This groundbreaking technology operates on a simple yet highly effective principle: the secondary steam generated by the evaporator is expertly compressed using a high-efficiency steam compressor. This process transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, elevating the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. Once the temperature is increased, the steam returns to the evaporator, where it serves to heat the materials and trigger evaporation, thereby achieving a remarkable recycling of the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 The compressor base is integrally positioned onto the foundation. Gently position wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to facilitate the precise leveling of the unit.
Alternately position two wedge-shaped irons, ensuring meticulous leveling. Spot weld the wedges at 4-5 strategic points to secure them.
These wedges must be crafted and installed by the user, tailored to the specific conditions. The contact surfaces should be exquisitely finished to guarantee perfect contact.
The inclined plane must have an even contact, and the bearing capacity of each wedge iron must not exceed 40Kg/cm
2.
3.3.2 Employ a level to ascertain precision. Unit leveling requirements: the axial level must be 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal level should be 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Center the coupling with exactitude. Prior to starting the alignment, ensure these vital prerequisites are met:
1) Discontinue the main power supply to ensure complete safety;
2) Extract the coupling shield with caution;
3) Remove the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section carefully;
4) Thoroughly inspect the motor installation plane for cleanliness, ensuring absence of any debris or attachments;
5) Verify that motor bolt holes exceed the bolt size to facilitate loosening for motor adjustments;
6) Amass an ample supply of flat, attachment-free stainless steel gaskets to cover the motor's foot, avoiding long, thin gaskets for adjustment purposes.
7) Employ a dial indicator or laser alignment meter with exceptional 0.01mm precision, as provided by the customer;
8) Prepare the supporting bracket for the dial indicator, as depicted in the accompanying figure;

9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket for precise dial indicator placement, aligning the probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Carefully adjust the bolts encircling the motor feet to align the compressor and motor center lines, maintaining a maximum deviation of 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line surpassing the compressor low-speed shaft center line, and coupling end face at 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Securely fasten the motor foot bolts, then meticulously review both outer circle and end face runout of the coupling.
12) Conclude by installing the coupling's intermediate section following the successful completion of the motor idling test.
3.3.4 Post alignment and 'levelness' adjustment of the casing, tighten the anchor bolts. Following mechanical operation or trial, release and re-tighten them to ensure steadfast stability.
3.3.5 To prevent irreversible damage to the high-speed rotating impeller, ensure no solid or liquid enters it. Verify that all pipelines connected to the compressor meet cleanliness and steam corrosion standards. Noncompliant pipelines must undergo necessary rectification. It is highly recommended to incorporate solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the straight pipe leading to the compressor inlet.

3.3.6 Install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes with utmost precision. Ensure import and export pipelines are equipped with appropriate accessories as per the PI diagram. The compressor must not bear the weight of the connecting pipelines, so they should be supported by separate brackets.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its ancillary equipment are securely installed and the concrete has fully cured, you can proceed with the compressor operation test. This crucial step ensures that the equipment is functioning optimally and ready for smooth and reliable performance.
3.3.8 The installation of the electric control cabinet for the compressor should be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. For seamless connectivity, the wiring from the compressor to the control cabinet should be routed through a threading pipe, ideally underground, to maintain an efficient and tidy setup. Upon positioning the electric control cabinet, ensure that the wiring terminals within it are meticulously connected to the lines at the remote DCS, facilitating robust and precise control.
