Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin the installation by positioning the compressor base seamlessly on the foundation. Utilize wedge-shaped shims strategically placed under the base to achieve perfect leveling.
Place two wedge-shaped irons in an alternating fashion. Once the unit is perfectly leveled, secure the wedge irons with spot welding at 4 to 5 points for optimal stability.
The user must craft and install the wedge according to the specific situation, ensuring the contact surface is flawlessly finished for even contact of the inclined plane.
It is imperative that the wedge iron's bearing capacity does not exceed 40Kg/cm
2. Trusting this practice ensures a robust foundation.
3.3.2 Employ a precise level to achieve the utmost accuracy. The unit's leveling standards are: axial level at 0.05/1000mm and horizontal level at 0.10/1000mm, ensuring precision and efficiency.
These meticulous standards guarantee superior alignment and performance.

3.3.3 Center the coupling with diligence. Prior to commencing alignment, ensure the following prerequisites are met for safety and efficiency:
1) Disconnect the main power supply to ensure a safe working environment;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Verify the motor installation plane's flatness, ensuring it is free from debris, dirt, and attachments;
5) The bolt hole on the motor should provide ample space for the bolt, allowing for easy adjustments;
6) Have enough stainless steel gaskets ready to support the motor feet. These gaskets must be flat and devoid of attachments. Avoid using elongated or thin gaskets for adjustments;
7) Use a high-precision dial indicator or laser alignment meter, with an accuracy of 0.01mm, prepared by the customer for precise alignment;
8) Prepare a dedicated bracket as shown in the accompanying figure to support the dial indicator adequately;

9) Employ a motor wheel hub mounting bracket to delicately position a dial indicator on the hub's edge, placing the probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge for exact readings;
10) Skillfully adjust the bolts around the motor feet to align the compressor and motor center line. Ensure the maximum outer circle deviation is merely 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line slightly elevated over the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, and maintain coupling end face precision at 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Secure the motor foot bolts thoroughly, reassess the outer circle, and end face runout of the coupling to confirm a flawless connection;
12) Following a successful motor idling test, reattach the coupling's intermediate section to complete the setup.
3.3.4 Post adjustment of the casing's levelness and alignment, tighten the anchor bolts. After initial mechanical operation, revisit and retighten for sustained precision and reliability.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed marvel, must remain free of any solid or liquid intrusions to prevent irreversible damage. Ensure all inlet and outlet pipelines linked to the compressor are impeccably clean and aligned with the system's steam corrosion grade. Pipelines failing to meet standards require immediate rectification. It is strongly recommended to incorporate solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, prior to the straight pipe at the compressor inlet.
This precaution is vital for safeguarding the impeller's function.
3.3.6 Install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes with expertise. Adhere strictly to the PI diagram for placing relevant pipeline accessories. Ensure the pipeline linked to the compressor is supported by a separate bracket, thereby relieving any weight burden on the compressor itself for enhanced efficiency and longevity.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and all its ancillary equipment are meticulously installed and the concrete foundation has seamlessly solidified, you are set to embark on the compressor operation test, ensuring optimal performance.
3.3.8 For optimal efficiency and safety, the electric control cabinet of the compressor should be strategically installed within a 5-meter radius of the compressor. The connection from the compressor to the electric control cabinet should be expertly executed using threading pipes that are thoughtfully routed underground. Once the electric control cabinet is securely in place, ensure the wiring terminals are meticulously connected with the lines at the remote DCS, facilitating seamless integration and functionality.
