The core principle of this advanced system involves compressing the secondary steam, produced by the evaporator, using a high-efficiency steam compressor. This process cleverly transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, elevating the pressure and temperature of the steam. This heightened temperature empowers the secondary steam to return to the evaporator, where it efficiently heats materials, driving evaporation, and enabling a seamless recycling of the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam.

3.3.1 Carefully position the compressor base integrally upon the foundation. Introduce wedge-shaped shims strategically underneath the base to achieve precision in leveling the unit.
Alternate the placement of two wedge-shaped irons to ensure optimum stability. Once the unit is perfectly leveled, spot weld the wedge-shaped irons at 4 to 5 key points for unwavering support. It is imperative
that users craft and install the wedge based on specific conditions. Achieve a flawless contact surface with an even inclination,
ensuring the wedge iron bears no more than 40Kg/cm².2).
3.3.2 Utilize a precision level to ascertain the perfect level of the unit. The unit's axial level demands a stringent 0.05/1000mm precision, while the horizontal level must adhere to 0.10/1000mm.
3.3.3 Align the coupling with meticulous precision. Before embarking on this alignment journey, ensure the following prerequisites are met:
1) Deactivate the main power supply to guarantee safety;
2) Carefully dismantle the coupling shield for full access;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section with care;
4) Scrutinize the motor installation plane for absolute flatness, ensuring it's free from any obstructions, debris, or attachments;
5) Ensure the motor bolt holes exceed the bolt size, allowing for easy loosening and adjustment;
6) Accumulate an ample supply of stainless steel gaskets, sufficiently flat and devoid of attachments. Avoid using lengthy, thin gaskets that disrupt motor-base adjustments;
7) Equip yourself with a precision dial indicator or a laser alignment meter boasting 0.01mm accuracy, personally procured by the customer;
8) Prepare the essential bracket for securely supporting the dial indicator, as depicted below;
9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to expertly mount a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, positioning the probe along the outer edge of the compressor wheel hub;
10) Through meticulous adjustments of the motor feet's adjustment bolts, align the compressor and motor center lines. Align them closely or follow specific instructions, aiming for a maximum 0.05mm deviation on the outer circle. Elevate the motor shaft center line slightly above the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, maintaining a coupling end face alignment of 0.03~0.05mm;
11) Conclude by firmly tightening the motor foot bolts, meticulously reviewing the outer circle and end face runouts of the coupling,
12) Proceed to install the coupling intermediate section post motor idling test.
3.3.4 Following the precise alignment and 'levelness' adjustments of the casing, securely tighten the anchor bolts. Conduct a mechanical operation or trial run, then release and retighten the bolts for enduring stability.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed marvel, must remain free of any intrusive solid or liquid, as these will inflict irreversible damage upon the compressor. Thus, ensure that the inlet and outlet pipelines flawlessly connect to the compressor, adhering to the system's steam corrosion grade. Pipelines falling short of this criterion must be promptly rectified. It is highlyrecommended to incorporate solid-liquid separation devices, such as gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees, before the compressor inlet's straight pipe.
3.3.6 Proceed to install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Ensure the integration of requisite pipeline accessories per the PI diagram. The pipelines engaging with the compressor must be independently supported by additional brackets, rather than relying on the compressor body for support.
3.3.7 Once the installation of the main fan along with its ancillary equipment is flawlessly completed and the concrete has been allowed to solidify fully, it's time to embark on the exciting phase of conducting the compressor operation test. This crucial step ensures the readiness and efficiency of the system, verifying that every component works in harmony to deliver optimal performance.
3.3.8 For optimal functionality and convenience, it is essential to position the compressor's electric control cabinet strategically within a 5-meter radius of the compressor. The wiring process should employ a threading pipe, ensuring a seamless connection that runs underground. After securing the electric control cabinet in its designated spot, the next step involves meticulously connecting the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the lines at the remote DCS, establishing a robust and reliable electrical pathway.
