As a result, the elevated temperature returns the secondary steam to the evaporator, where it heats the materials, instigating further evaporation. Installation Instructions

3.3.1 The Advanced Water Vapour Compressor with Adjustable Guide Vane Mechanism should be integrally placed on a robust foundation. To achieve precise leveling, gently place wedge-shaped shims under its base.
For optimum stability, alternately layer two wedge-shaped irons, and once the unit is perfectly level, proceed to spot weld these iron wedges at 4 to 5 critical points. This critical step ensures firm positioning.
Wedges must be custom-manufactured and installed by the user, accommodating the actual site conditions. Ensure the contact surface is meticulously finished to guarantee an even contact of the inclined plane.

3.3.2 Ensure precision by utilizing a level to ascertain the unit's exact position. The axial level requirement is a precise 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal level must not exceed 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 For flawless operational synergy, coupling alignment is essential. Before commencing, ensure the following prerequisites are meticulously met:
1) Ensure complete safety by turning off the main power supply;
2) Carefully remove the protective coupling shield;
3) Detach the intermediate section of the diaphragm coupling with precision;
4) Verify the motor installation plane's flatness, ensuring it is devoid of any debris, dirt, or attachments for an immaculate surface;
5) Ensure that motor bolt holes are slightly larger than the bolts to allow for seamless adjustments and alignment;
6) Ready a sufficient quantity of stainless steel gaskets to level the motor's footing. These should be pristine and perfectly flat—avoid using long, thin gaskets.
7) For superior accuracy, secure a dial indicator or laser alignment meter with an accuracy of 0.01mm, an essential tool for alignment;
8) Acquire a sturdy bracket to support the dial indicator, as depicted in the accompanying figure for precise alignment tasks;

9) Utilize a specially designed motor wheel hub mounting bracket to mount the dial indicator on the hub's edge, placing the probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge for pinpoint accuracy;
10) Through careful adjustment, align the compressor and motor center lines. Ensure the maximum deviation of the outer circle is a precise 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line elevated slightly above the compressor's low-speed shaft center line.

11) Once alignment is perfected, firmly tighten the motor foot bolts. Reassess the outer circle runout and coupling end face runout for absolute precision.;
12) After a successful motor idling test, seamlessly reinstall the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 Post adjustment of the casing 'levelness' and alignment, meticulously tighten the anchor bolts. Following mechanical or trial operations, it is crucial to loosen and re-tighten these bolts for enhanced stability.
3.3.5 The impeller is a high-speed marvel, and any intrusion of solids or liquids can cause irreversible damage. It's imperative that all inlet and outlet pipelines are pristine and adhere to the system's steam corrosion standards.
For added protection, consider installing solid-liquid separation equipment, like a gas scrubber or a sedimentation tee, right before the compressor inlet.
3.3.6 Proceed to install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Ensure installation of pertinent pipeline accessories according to the PI diagram. Support pipelines via a separate bracket, ensuring no undue pressure is exerted on the compressor body itself.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its auxiliary equipment have been meticulously installed and the concrete has fully cured, the impressive Advanced Water Vapour Compressor becomes ready for its operational test. This step ensures optimal performance and reliability of our cutting-edge compressor system.
3.3.8 For seamless integration, the electric control cabinet of our state-of-the-art compressor should be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius.
