3.3.1 Begin the installation by securely placing the compressor base on the foundation. Employ wedge-shaped shims underneath for optimal leveling of the unit.
Position two wedge-shaped irons alternately, fine-tune the unit to achieve perfect balance, then spot weld the irons at 4 to 5 strategic points to secure them.
Users should custom fabricate and install the wedges tailored to their specific conditions, ensuring a finished contact surface for consistent inclined plane contact.

3.3.2 Utilize a level to ascertain precision levelling. The axial level precision should reach 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal level should not exceed 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Achieve perfect coupling alignment by adhering to the following pre-alignment essentials:
1) Ensure the main power supply is switched off;
2) Carefully detach the coupling shield;
3) Remove the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section for unobstructed access;
4) Inspect and clean the motor installation plane meticulously, ensuring no foreign objects, dirt, or residues are present;
5) Confirm that motor bolt holes are sufficiently larger than the bolts for easy adjustment;
6) Stock up on adequate flat stainless steel gaskets for motor foot coverage, avoiding long and thin ones for an ideal fit.
7) Equip yourself with either a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter boasting an accuracy of 0.01mm, which you should provide;
8) Prepare the appropriate support bracket for the dial indicator as depicted in the accompanying illustration;
9) Employ the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to position a dial indicator at the wheel hub's edge, ensuring precision placement.
10) Adjust the motor's adjustment bolts meticulously to align the compressor and motor center line, ensuring the outer circle deviation is max 0.05mm.
11) Upon completion, tighten the motor foot bolts, reviewing coupling outer circle and end face runout.;
12) After a successful motor idling test, reinstall the coupling intermediate section.
3.3.4 Post alignment and leveling adjustments, firmly tighten anchor bolts. After conducting mechanical or trial operations, loosen and retighten these bolts for optimal stability.
3.3.5 Given the high-speed nature of the impeller, any ingress of solids or liquids can cause severe damage. Ensure all inlet and outlet pipelines meet steam corrosion standards, rectifying any non-compliant sections.Enhance safety by incorporating a solid-liquid separation device, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the compressor's straight inlet pipe.
3.3.6 Proceed to install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Adhere to the PI diagram for incorporating relevant pipeline accessories. Support these pipelines with separate brackets to prevent undue strain on the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its auxiliary components have been meticulously installed and the concrete foundation has reached full solidity, you can proceed to conduct the compressor operation test. This crucial step ensures optimal performance and reliability of the system.
3.3.8 For optimal installation, position the electric control cabinet no more than 5 meters from the compressor. Securely connect the compressor to the cabinet using a threading pipe that runs discreetly underground. Once the electric control cabinet is properly situated, integrate the wiring terminals with the remote DCS lines to ensure seamless operation and communication.
