This cutting-edge process operates on a simple yet brilliant principle: the secondary steam emitted by the evaporator becomes a powerhouse of efficiency when compressed by a high-energy steam compressor. This transformation converts electrical energy into thermal energy, elevating the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. The temperature-increased steam then triumphantly returns to the evaporator, heating the materials to initiate evaporation, thereby masterfully recycling the latent heat of vaporization of secondary steam.

The Oil-Film High-Speed Direct Drive Steam Compressor is a marvel of modern turbine technology, powered by a high-efficiency permanent magnet motor. At its core, this compressor boasts a streamlined and innovative design where the impeller is seamlessly mounted at the shaft extension end of the motor. The rotor, a crucial component, finds support directly from an oil film bearing, enabling a direct drive mechanism powered by the high-speed motor. Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Gracefully position the compressor base directly onto the foundation. Utilize wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to achieve precise leveling.
Strategically place two wedge-shaped irons in an alternating pattern. Once the unit is leveled to perfection, expertly spot weld the wedge-shaped irons at 4 to 5 critical points. Each wedge
must be custom-made and installed by you, tailored to the specific conditions. Ensure the contact surface is impeccably finished for consistent contact across the inclined
plane. Note that the bearing capacity of each wedge iron must not exceed 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Employ a precision level to ensure the unit is perfectly horizontal. Adhere to the following leveling criteria: the axial level must be maintained at 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal
level should be precisely 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Achieve flawless coupling by centering. Prior to commencing alignment, ascertain the following prerequisites are fulfilled:
1) Ensure the main power supply is completely turned off;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield;
3) Detach the intermediate section of the diaphragm coupling;
4) Meticulously examine the flatness of the motor installation plane, ensuring it is free from debris, dirt, and any attachments;
5) Verify that the motor bolt holes are larger than the bolts themselves, allowing for adjustments by loosening the bolts;
6) Assemble ample stainless steel gaskets to cushion the motor's feet. These gaskets must be pristine and perfectly flat. Avoid using long, thin gaskets between the motor and the base.
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with remarkable accuracy of 0.01mm—such tools should be procured by the customer;
8) Arrange the bracket to support the dial indicator, as depicted in the accompanying diagram;

9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to secure a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, positioning the probe on the outer edge of the compressor wheel hub;
10) Skillfully adjust the bolts around the motor feet, aligning the compressor and motor center line seamlessly (or reference specific instructions). The maximum outer circle deviation should be 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line slightly elevated compared to the compressor low-speed shaft center line, coupling end face 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Conclusively tighten the motor foot bolts, then recheck the outer circle runout and end face runout of the coupling;
12) Reattach the coupling intermediate section following a successful motor idling test.
3.3.4 Once the casing's 'levelness' and alignment have been perfected, securely tighten the anchor bolts. After initial operation or trial, loosen and retighten them to ensure stability.

3.3.5 The impeller is a critical high-speed component. Any foreign solid or liquid entering it can irreversibly damage the compressor. Therefore, ensure that the inlet and outlet pipelines attached to the compressor are pristine and meet the required standards of steam corrosion resistance. Any non-compliant pipelines must be overhauled. Installing solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the compressor inlet's straight pipe is highly recommended.
3.3.6 Securely install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Ensure that import and export pipelines conform to the PI diagram with the necessary pipeline accessories. The compressor itself should not bear the weight of these pipelines; they must be supported by an independent bracket.
3.3.7 After the primary fan and all ancillary equipment are expertly installed and the concrete is fully cured, proceed with the compressor operation test, ensuring all systems are ready for action.
