MVR, short for mechanical vapor recompression, is a groundbreaking energy-saving innovation designed to significantly reduce the requirement for external energy sources by ingeniously recycling the secondary steam energy it produces. At its core, this cutting-edge technology operates by compressing secondary steam, generated by the evaporator, using a high-efficiency steam compressor. This process adeptly transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, resulting in increased pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. The elevated temperature is then redirected back to the evaporator, effectively heating the materials and inducing evaporation. This sophisticated mechanism enables the recycling of the latent heat of vaporization inherent in the secondary steam, exemplifying an advanced and sustainable approach to energy conservation.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 The compressor base should be elegantly placed on the foundation. Place wedge-shaped shims under the base for impeccable unit-level adjustment.
Position two wedge-shaped irons alternately. After achieving perfect leveling, spot weld the wedge-shaped irons at 4~5 points to secure them. Ensure the wedge is
crafted and installed by the user tailored to the actual conditions. The contact surface must be perfectly finished for even contact on the inclined
plane, with the wedge iron's bearing capacity not exceeding a robust 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Employ a level to precisely gauge the unit's level. The desired leveling precision: Unit's axial level at 0.05/1000mm and horizontal
level at an accurate 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Perfectly center the coupling. Before initiating alignment, ensure adherence to these important prerequisites:
1) Ensure the main power supply is securely turned off;
2) Remove the protective shield of the coupling;
3) Carefully remove the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Thoroughly check the motor installation plane's flatness, ensuring it's clean, free from debris, dirt, and unwanted attachments;
5) Verify that the motor bolt hole is slightly larger than the bolt size to allow easy bolt loosening and motor adjustments;
6) Prepare sufficient stainless steel gaskets to securely cover the motor feet. These gaskets must be flat and free from any attachments. Avoid using long and thin gaskets for precision adjustments;
7) Utilize a high-precision dial indicator or laser alignment meter (0.01mm accuracy), which the customer should prepare;
8) Arrange the bracket to support the dial indicator as depicted below;

9) Use the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to mount a dial indicator along the wheel hub's edge. Position the dial indicator probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Adjust the bolts around the motor feet to align the compressor and motor centerline. The maximum deviation of the outer circle should be 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line higher than the compressor low-speed shaft center line. Maintain coupling end face deviation between 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts. Review and ensure minimal outer circle and end face runouts of the coupling;
12) After conducting a motor idling test, reinstall the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 Post 'levelness' and alignment adjustments of the casing, anchor bolts should be tightened. Following the mechanical operation or trial run, loosen then retighten the bolts.
3.3.5 The impeller is a high-speed marvel, and any intrusion by solids or liquids can lead to irreversible compressor damage. Therefore, ensure inlet and outlet pipelines connecting to the compressor are pristine and meet the system's steam corrosion grade. Pipelines not conforming to these standards must be rectified. It is strongly
recommended to incorporate solid-liquid separation equipment (such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee) before the straight pipe at the compressor inlet.
3.3.6 With finesse, install the compressor inlet and outlet pipes. Ensure the pipelines are equipped with the necessary pipeline accessories as per the PI diagram. The compressor's connected pipeline should be supported independently by a separate bracket, avoiding any weight burden on the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its auxiliary equipment have been meticulously installed and the concrete has reached full solidification, the stage is set to initiate the operational testing of the compressor. This marks a pivotal moment where precision meets performance, ensuring that all components are seamlessly integrated for optimal function.
3.3.8 The electric control cabinet of the compressor should be strategically installed within a 5-meter radius of the compressor. To ensure a streamlined and efficient connection, the wiring from the compressor to the electric control cabinet must be elegantly encased within threading pipes, discreetly routed underground. Once the electric control cabinet is perfectly positioned, it is crucial to connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the lines at the remote DCS, establishing a robust and reliable communication network.
