The core principle of MVR lies in the compression of secondary steam generated by the evaporator, using a high-efficiency steam compressor. This process seamlessly converts electrical energy into thermal energy, elevating both the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. Consequently, the temperature increase allows the secondary steam to return to the evaporator, providing the necessary heat to the materials, thus inducing further evaporation. This remarkable cycle facilitates the continuous recycling of the latent heat of vaporization from the secondary steam, optimizing energy utilization.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by positioning the compressor base securely on the foundation. Carefully place wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to achieve a perfectly balanced unit.
Align two wedge-shaped irons in an alternating pattern. Once the unit is leveled, spot weld the irons at 4 to 5 key points. This ensures stability and precision.
The user should craft and apply the wedge based on specific circumstances, ensuring a smooth contact surface for optimal stability and weight distribution.
To maintain performance, ensure the bearing capacity of the wedge iron does not exceed 40Kg/cm, securing the integrity of the installation.

3.3.2 Utilize a precision level to achieve the desired alignment. The axial level of the unit should be 0.05 per 1000mm, maintaining a horizontal level at 0.10 per 1000mm.
This meticulous leveling ensures the compressor operates with unparalleled accuracy and efficiency.

3.3.3 Center the coupling with precision. Before alignment, make sure to adhere to the following critical preconditions:
1) Deactivate the main power supply to ensure safety throughout the process.
2) Detach the coupling shield to provide clear access for alignment tasks.
3) Remove the diaphragm coupling intermediary to facilitate uninhibited adjustments.
4) Verify the motor installation surface is impeccably clean, free from any debris or obstructions.
5) Ensure the motor bolt holes are adequately sized to allow for bolt adjustments during motor alignment.
6) Prepare stainless steel gaskets to support the motor's feet. These must be pristine and fit precisely, avoiding elongated or thin inserts which compromise the adjustment integrity.
7) Employ a dial indicator or laser alignment tool with 0.01mm accuracy, to ensure alignment precision, provided by the client.
8) Assemble the necessary bracket to support the dial indicator as illustrated below, facilitating accurate measurement.

9) Utilize a motor wheel hub mounting bracket for the dial indicator, positioning the probe accurately on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge.
10) Calibrate using adjustment bolts at the motor feet, aligning the motor and compressor centers, maintaining a maximum deviation of 0.05mm. The motor shaft should be slightly elevated compared to the compressor's low-speed shaft.

11) Secure the motor foot bolts firmly, then reassess the coupling's outer circle and end face runout for final verification.;
12) Following a successful motor idling test, reinstall the coupling intermediate segment ensuring seamless integration.
3.3.4 Post-alignment and leveling, fasten the anchor bolts securely. After initial mechanical operation, release and retighten to confirm stability.
3.3.5 Since the impeller is a high-speed rotating part, any solid or liquid intrusion can cause significant damage. Ensure the compressor's inlet and outlet pipelines are clean and compliant with the corrosion grade requirements. Pipelines not meeting standards must be immediately rectified.
Incorporate solid-liquid separation devices, like a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, ahead of the compressor inlet's straight pipe, to prevent contamination.
3.3.6 When installing inlet and outlet compressor pipes, adhere to the PI diagram for accessory installation. The pipelines should have independent support, bearing no weight on the compressor body itself.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and all its associated equipment have been meticulously installed and the concrete has reached complete solidification, it is time to embark on the compressor operation test. This pivotal phase ensures that all components are seamlessly integrated and functioning in perfect harmony, setting the stage for optimal performance.
3.3.8 The electric control cabinet for the compressor must be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. The connection from the compressor to this electric control cabinet should be intelligently designed using a threading pipe that is routed underground. Once the electric control cabinet is firmly in position, it is crucial to connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet seamlessly to the lines at the remote DCS, guaranteeing efficient communication and control.
