The core of its methodology involves compressing the secondary steam generated by the evaporator using a high-efficiency steam compressor. This transformation converts electrical energy into thermal energy, elevating both the pressure and the temperature of the secondary steam. As a result, the enhanced steam is redirected back to the evaporator, effectively heating the materials to induce evaporation. This cycle masterfully recycles the latent heat of vaporization inherent in the secondary steam, epitomizing sustainability and energy efficiency.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by elegantly placing the compressor base on its foundation. Utilize wedge-shaped shims beneath the base for precise leveling adjustments.
Place alternating wedge-shaped irons meticulously and, once leveled, delicately spot weld the irons at 4 to 5 strategic points. Ensure each wedge is
crafted and positioned by the user to perfectly match the real-world conditions, with a finished contact surface for immaculate alignment.
Each wedge iron should offer superb contact on the inclined plane, supporting a load no greater than 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Employ a level tool to achieve pristine alignment. The unit's leveling standards require an axial level precision of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal
accuracy of 0.10/1000mm, ensuring flawless operational efficiency.

3.3.3 Center the coupling with utmost finesse. Prior to alignment, ensure the following prerequisites are met:
1) Carefully switch off the main power supply;
2) Gently remove the coupling shield;
3) Disassemble the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section with precision;
4) Verify the motor's installation plane is impeccably flat, free of debris, dirt, and obstructions;
5) Ensure motor bolt holes are generously larger than the bolt size, facilitating easy bolt loosening for motor adjustments;
6) Procure an adequate number of stainless steel gaskets to fully support the motor's feet. The gaskets must be immaculate and perfectly flat, avoiding the use of long, thin gaskets for adjustments;
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a precision laser alignment tool with an accuracy of 0.01mm, which the customer should ideally prepare;
8) Secure a sturdy bracket as depicted below to support the dial indicator;

9) Employ a motor wheel hub mounting bracket to attach a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, positioning the probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Align the compressor and motor center line precisely by adjusting the motor feet bolts, ensuring a maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm. The motor shaft center should subtly exceed the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, with a coupling end face deviation of 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts, then re-evaluate both the outer circle runout and the end face runout of the coupling;
12) Conclude by reinstating the coupling's intermediate section following a successful motor idling test.
3.3.4 Once 'levelness' and alignment are perfected, firmly tighten the anchor bolts. Post mechanical operation, once more loosen and retighten the bolts for optimal security.
3.3.5 The impeller's high-speed rotation demands absolute cleanliness; any foreign solid or liquid can cause irreversible damage. Ensure the inlet and outlet pipelines meet stringent steam corrosion specifications. Rectify any non-conforming pipelines immediately. Consider installing solid-liquid separation devices, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the straight pipe at the compressor's inlet.

3.3.6 Install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes with precision. Follow the PI diagram for the integration of relevant pipeline accessories. Use an independent support bracket for the connected pipeline to ensure the compressor body remains unburdened by the pipeline's weight.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and all its supporting equipment have been meticulously installed and the concrete foundation has fully set, the stage is set for the exciting commencement of the compressor operation test. This marks a pivotal moment in ensuring peak performance and reliability.
3.3.8 The electric control cabinet for the compressor should be strategically positioned within a convenient 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. Ensure that the wiring from the compressor to the control cabinet is expertly connected through a threading pipe, which should be carefully laid underground. Once the control cabinet is securely in place, it's crucial to connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet with the lines at the remote Distributed Control System (DCS) to ensure seamless communication and control.
