Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin with elegantly positioning the compressor base seamlessly on the foundation. Utilize wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to fine-tune the unit level.
Skillfully alternate two wedge-shaped irons and, once impeccably leveled, spot weld these at 4~5 strategic points. The wedge shall be
crafted and installed by the user, tailored to the specific scenario, ensuring a flawlessly finished contact surface (guaranteeing even interaction
with the inclined plane). The wedge's robust bearing capacity should not exceed 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Employ a precision level to ascertain flawless alignment. The unit's leveling criteria are stringent: an axial level of 0.05/1000mm, and a
horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm, ensuring impeccable balance.

3.3.3 Achieve optimal coupling alignment. Prior to commencing alignment, ensure the following prerequisites are met:
1) Deactivate the main power supply, stabilizing the environment;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield, clearing the path;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section, facilitating access;
4) Meticulously inspect the motor installation plane for flatness, ensuring it's free of debris and contaminants;
5) Ensure the motor's bolt hole exceeds the bolt size, allowing bolt relaxation for motor adjustments;
6) Arm yourself with sufficient stainless steel gaskets to robustly support the motor's foot. Avoid long, narrow gaskets between motor and base;
7) Utilize a dial indicator or laser alignment meter, boasting an impressive precision of 0.01mm (customer's provision);
8) Be equipped with the specified bracket for dial indicator support as depicted in the subsequent illustration;

9) Employ the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to strategically position a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, and place the probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) By skillfully adjusting the motor feet's bolts, align the compressor and motor center lines with precision (or follow the corresponding directives), maintaining a max deviation of 0.05mm, ensuring the motor shaft center is elevated above the compressor's low-speed shaft center. The coupling end face deviation should be 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Securely fasten the motor foot bolts, then meticulously review both the outer circle runout and coupling end face runout;
12) Reinstall the coupling intermediate section post the motor idling test, ensuring all is in order.
3.3.4 After perfecting the 'levelness' and alignment of the casing, diligently tighten the anchor bolts. Post mechanical operation or trial, loosen and retighten them to ensure utmost stability.

3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed marvel, must remain free of any solid or liquid ingress that could inflict irreparable harm. Thus, verify the cleanliness and compliance of inlet and outlet pipelines with system steam corrosion standards. Non-compliant pipes must be rectified, with solid-liquid separation equipment like gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees recommended before the compressor inlet's straight pipe.
3.3.6 Proceed to connect the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Install related pipeline accessories per the PI diagram. The pipeline connecting to the compressor must be supported by a separate bracket, ensuring no undue weight burden on the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its supporting equipment have been meticulously installed and the concrete has achieved full solidity, you are ready to commence the operational testing of the compressor.
