3.3.1 For the peak performance of your Steam Compressor with Overall Base and Guide Vane Adjustment Features, sourced from NANTONG DART-RICH FAN CO., LTD, ensure to integrally position the compressor base on a robust and secure foundation. Employ wedge-shaped shims with precision, allowing you to adjust the compressor unit to a precise and perfect level.
Strategically arrange the wedge-shaped irons in an alternating formation. Upon achieving impeccable leveling, execute expert spot welding on the wedge irons at 4 to 5 specific points. These wedges are to be crafted and installed by the user to suit specific conditions, ensuring an impeccably smooth contact surface for uniform force distribution.
Ensure the contact surface is meticulously finished to enable even interaction with the inclined plane. It's crucial that the wedge iron's bearing capacity does not exceed 40Kg/cm2, preventing undue stress or deformation.

2) Carefully remove the coupling shield to allow access and inspection;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section with precision, ensuring all components are handled carefully;
4) Rigorously inspect the motor installation plane for flatness, ensuring it is clean and devoid of any foreign materials that could affect performance;
5) Confirm that the motor bolt holes are larger than the bolts to allow loosening and precise adjustment of the motor positioning;
6) Have a ready supply of high-quality stainless steel gaskets to support the motor's base. These must be perfectly flat and free of attachments. Avoid using long, thin gaskets for adjustments to maintain stability.
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a precision laser alignment meter with 0.01mm accuracy, which the customer should provide for precise measurements;
8) Prepare a robustly engineered bracket to support the dial indicator, as illustrated in the accompanying diagram, ensuring stability and accuracy;
9) Mount a dial indicator securely on the motor wheel hub mounting bracket, placing the probe on the outer rim of the compressor wheel hub for accurate readings;
10) With deft precision, adjust the motor feet's adjustment bolts to perfectly align the compressor and motor center lines. Ensure the outer circle's deviation remains under 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line slightly higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft, maintaining coupling end face deviations between 0.03 and 0.05mm.
11) Conclude the alignment process by securely tightening the motor foot bolts. Critically assess the outer circle runout and the coupling's end face runout to ensure optimal alignment.
12) After successful motor idling tests, proceed to install the coupling intermediate section for seamless and effective operation.
3.3.4 Once the casing's 'levelness' and alignment have been expertly adjusted, tighten the anchor bolts to secure stability. After any mechanical operations or trial runs, it is vital to loosen and retighten these bolts to ensure enduring reliability and operational integrity.
3.3.5 Recognizing the impeller as a high-speed rotating component, it is crucial to prevent any solid or liquid intrusion that could irreparably damage the compressor. Maintain pristine cleanliness in the inlet and outlet pipelines, ensuring adherence to the system's steam corrosion grade requirements. Pipelines that do not meet these standards must be promptly rectified.It is highly recommended to integrate solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the straight pipe at the compressor's inlet. This measure ensures the integrity and reliability of the entire system, protecting against potential contaminants.
3.3.6 Begin the installation of the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes with precision and care. Ensure that the import and export pipelines are furnished with the appropriate pipeline accessories, as illustrated in the PI diagram. It is absolutely essential that the pipeline connected to the compressor is bolstered by a separate bracket. This will safeguard against any unnecessary weight impacting the compressor body itself, maintaining its integrity and functionality.
3.3.7 With the main fan and its associated components installed to perfection, and the concrete foundation solidified to its full potential, you are ready to embark on the crucial and thrilling stage of the compressor operation test. This pivotal process guarantees that each component is functioning flawlessly, ensuring the compressor operates at its peak efficiency.
3.3.8 Strategically position the electric control cabinet of the compressor within a convenient 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. Employ a robust threading pipe to seamlessly integrate the wiring from the compressor to the control cabinet, ensuring that it is elegantly routed underground. With the electric control cabinet securely in place, proceed to meticulously connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the lines at the remote DCS, thereby establishing a strong and dependable control connection.
