Carefully arrange the wedge-shaped irons in a sophisticated alternating pattern. Once the unit reaches flawless leveling, proceed to expertly spot weld the wedge-shaped irons at 4 to 5 meticulously selected points. The wedge must be custom-crafted and installed by the user, specifically tailored to the unique situation, ensuring a seamless contact surface for uniform force distribution.
The contact surface must be impeccably finished to ensure flawless contact of the inclined plane. It is critical that the bearing capacity of the wedge iron does not exceed a robust 40Kg/cm2.

3.3.2 Utilize a precision level to meticulously establish the unit's level. The stringent leveling standards demand an axial level accuracy of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level precision of 0.10/1000mm, ensuring unmatched precision.

3.3.3 Achieve impeccable coupling alignment by adhering to these essential steps:
1) Ensure the main power supply is entirely shut off to guarantee utmost safety;
2) Carefully dismantle the coupling shield with precision;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section with absolute precision;
4) Rigorously inspect the motor installation plane's flatness to verify cleanliness, ensuring it is free from any foreign material;
5) Confirm that the motor bolt holes are sufficiently larger than the bolts themselves, enabling easy bolt loosening for precise motor adjustments;
6) Prepare an ample supply of premium-grade stainless steel gaskets to support the motor's base. These gaskets must be perfectly flat and devoid of any attachments to prevent the use of long, thin gaskets for adjustments.
7) Employ a top-tier dial indicator or a precision laser alignment meter with an accuracy of 0.01mm, which the customer should provide;
8) Prepare a robustly designed bracket to support the dial indicator, as illustrated in the accompanying diagram;

9) Use the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to securely mount a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, skillfully positioning the dial indicator probe on the outer rim of the compressor wheel hub;
10) With deft precision, adjust the motor feet's adjustment bolts to perfectly align the compressor and motor center lines. The maximum deviation of the outer circle should not exceed 0.05mm, with the motor shaft's center line slightly elevated relative to the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, and the coupling end face deviation maintained between 0.03 and 0.05mm.

11) Conclude the process by securely tightening the motor foot bolts, and conduct a critical review of both the outer circle runout and the end face runout of the coupling to ensure optimal alignment.
12) Upon successfully conducting motor idling tests, advance to install the coupling intermediate section to guarantee seamless operation.
3.3.4 Once the 'levelness' and alignment of the casing have been precisely adjusted, tighten the anchor bolts to ensure steadfast stability. Following any mechanical or trial operation, it is vital to loosen and retighten the bolts, thereby ensuring enduring reliability.
3.3.5 Given that the impeller is a high-speed rotating component, it is imperative to prevent any intrusion of solid or liquid substances, as this could cause irrevocable damage to the compressor. Ensure that the inlet and outlet pipelines linked to the compressor are immaculately clean and adhere to the system's steam corrosion grade requirements. Pipelines that fall short of these standards must undergo necessary corrections.
It is strongly recommended to incorporate sophisticated solid-liquid separation equipment—such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee—prior to the straight pipe at the compressor's inlet to maintain system integrity and peak performance.
3.3.6 Proceed to skillfully install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. The import and export pipelines must be equipped with the essential pipeline accessories as illustrated in the PI diagram. It is of utmost importance that the pipeline connected to the compressor is supported by an independent bracket, ensuring no undue weight bears on the compressor body itself, thereby safeguarding its integrity.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its associated equipment have been meticulously installed and the concrete foundation has achieved its full solidity, you are poised to embark on the thrilling phase of conducting a compressor operation test. This pivotal step is designed to ensure that everything is functioning seamlessly and flawlessly.
3.3.8 Strategically position the electric control cabinet of the compressor within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. Employ a robust threading pipe to seamlessly connect the wiring from the compressor to the electric control cabinet, ensuring that it is discreetly routed underground. Once the electric control cabinet is securely anchored, proceed to meticulously connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the lines at the remote DCS, establishing a strong and dependable control link.
