The core of MVR's innovation lies in its principle: the secondary steam produced by the evaporator is compressed using our high-efficiency steam compressor, transforming electrical energy into thermal energy. This process elevates both the pressure and temperature of the steam. The increased temperature and pressure recycle the secondary steam back to the evaporator, efficiently heating materials and inducing evaporation. This cycle brilliantly recycles the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam, promoting sustainable energy use.
The DM series Single-stage Geared Steam Compressor is a marvel of modern engineering, incorporating a meticulously designed compressor body, robust coupling, precise gearbox, comprehensive lubrication system, powerful motor, sophisticated electric instrumentation, and a cutting-edge anti-surge control system. Its compact structure ensures it is easy to manage and maintain, offering unparalleled convenience in operation.
3.3.1 Graceful installation begins with the compressor base gracefully resting on its designated foundation. Use wedge-shaped shims to achieve immaculate leveling of the unit.
Elegantly alternate the wedge-shaped irons for a flawless level. Secure them with delicate spot welds at 4 to 5 crucial points. These wedges should
be crafted and positioned by the user with thoughtful precision, ensuring a smooth contact surface for even distribution.
Note that the bearing capacity of the wedge iron should not exceed 40Kg/cm2).
3.3.2 Achieve superior precision using a level to establish the ideal alignment. Meet rigorous standards: the axial level is 0.05/1000mm, and the horizontal
level meets a stringent 0.10/1000mm threshold.
3.3.3 Attain perfect alignment with coupling centering. Satisfy these key prerequisites before proceeding:
1) Ensure the main power supply is completely shut off;
2) Gently remove the coupling shield;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section with care;
4) Verify the motor installation plane is impeccably flat, free of debris, dirt, and unwanted attachments;
5) Design motor bolt holes larger than bolt sizes for easy adjustment and motor alignment;
6) Stock ample stainless steel gaskets to support the motor base. Avoid long, thin gaskets to prevent misalignment;
7) Employ a dial indicator or precision laser alignment meter with an accuracy of 0.01mm, sourced by the customer;
8) Prepare a sturdy bracket to support the dial indicator, as depicted in the accompanying illustration;
9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to affix a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, with the probe aligned on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Carefully adjust the motor feet bolts to align the compressor and motor center lines, achieving a maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm. Ensure the motor shaft center line is slightly elevated compared to the compressor low-speed shaft center line, with a coupling end face deviation of 0.03~0.05mm;
11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts, then double-check the outer circle runout and end face runout of the coupling for accuracy;
12) After the motor idling test, reinstall the coupling intermediate section with precision.
3.3.4 Once 'levelness' and alignment are perfected, strengthen the anchor bolts. After mechanical operation or trial runs, loosen and retighten them for optimal security.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed rotating marvel, must remain free of intruding solids or liquids to avoid catastrophic damage. Ensure the inlet and outlet pipelines are pristine and adhere to the steam corrosion grade specifications of the system. Non-compliant pipelines must be rectified accordingly. For added protection, it is recommended to include solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the straight pipe at the compressor inlet.This additional equipment plays a vital role in safeguarding the compressor's functionality.
3.3.6 Expertly install compressor inlet and outlet pipes. Ensure import and export pipelines are equipped with appropriate accessories as per the PI diagram. The compressor-connected pipelines must rely on separate brackets for support, eliminating any burden on the compressor body itself.
3.3.7 Upon the successful installation of the main fan alongside its ancillary equipment and ensuring the complete solidification of the concrete foundation, you are ready to proceed with the compressor operation test. This crucial step will verify the efficiency and readiness of your Power Frequency Steam Compressor for optimal performance in wastewater treatment.
3.3.8 To ensure seamless integration and operation, the electric control cabinet for the compressor should be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. The wiring pathway from the compressor to this control cabinet should be meticulously connected using threading pipes, routed securely underground. Once the electric control cabinet is in position, it is vital to connect the wiring terminals within it to the lines at the remote DCS, ensuring a perfect harmony of technological connections for uninterrupted functionality.
