Installation Instructions

3.3.1 The compressor base should be expertly positioned on the foundation. Slide wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to achieve impeccable unit leveling. These shims are essential for optimal performance,
arrange two wedge-shaped irons in an alternating pattern. After achieving perfect leveling, secure the wedges by spot welding them at 4 to 5 strategic points. Ensure the wedge is
custom-made and installed by the user to cater to unique circumstances. The contact surface should be flawlessly finished to ensure smooth and even contact across inclined
planes. Remember, the wedge iron's bearing capacity must not exceed a robust 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Employ a precise level to ascertain the perfect level. The unit's leveling standards are high: an axial level precision of 0.05/1000mm, and a horizontal
level precision of 0.10/1000mm, ensuring superb balance.

3.3.3 Centering the coupling is crucial. Before alignment, meticulously verify the following:
1) Completely disconnect the main power supply for safety;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield with precision;
3) Remove the intermediate section of the diaphragm coupling gently;
4) Inspect the motor's installation plane for flatness, ensuring it's free from any debris or unwanted attachments;
5) Ensure motor bolt holes are adequately sized larger than the bolts to allow easy loosening and motor adjustments;
6) Have an ample supply of pristine stainless steel gaskets to cushion the motor's foot. These gaskets must be pristine and perfectly flat. Avoid using long, thin gaskets for adjustments;
7) Utilize a top-tier dial indicator or laser alignment meter with a precision of 0.01mm (to be sourced by the customer);
8) Prepare a robust bracket to properly support the dial indicator as depicted in the accompanying figure;

9) Employ the motor wheel hub mounting bracket for affixing a dial indicator at the wheel hub's edge, positioning the probe along the compressor wheel hub's outer perimeter;
10) Adjust the bolts surrounding the motor feet to align the compressor and motor center lines. Ensure a maximum deviation of the outer circle by 0.05mm (keeping the motor shaft center line above the compressor low-speed shaft center line), and the coupling end face deviation within 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Finally, securely fasten the motor foot bolts and recheck the outer circle and end face runout of the coupling;
12) Once the motor idling test is successful, reinstall the coupling intermediate section with precision.
3.3.4 Upon perfect adjustment of the casing's levelness and alignment, tighten the anchor bolts. After a mechanical operation trial, loosen and retighten the bolts for added security.

3.3.5 The impeller is a high-speed marvel. Any intrusion of solids or liquids can cause irreversible damage. Ensure inlet and outlet pipelines are immaculate and comply with the steam corrosion grade requirements. Non-compliant pipelines need immediate rectification. It is advisable to enhance safety by integrating solid-liquid separation equipment (such as gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees) prior to the compressor inlet.
3.3.6 Install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes meticulously. Follow the PI diagram to affix relevant pipeline accessories. Support the compressor-connected pipelines via an independent bracket, ensuring the weight is not borne by the compressor body.
3.3.7 When the main fan and its auxiliary equipment are securely installed and the concrete has fully solidified, proceed with the compressor operation test, ensuring everything is in prime condition.
