The core principle behind MVR involves the secondary steam produced by the evaporator being efficiently compressed by a high-performance steam compressor. This conversion process transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, resulting in an increase in both pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. This heated steam is then cycled back to the evaporator, where it heats the materials, generating further evaporation. This sophisticated technique ingeniously recycles the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam, ensuring optimum energy efficiency and sustainability.

3.3.1 Begin by securely placing the compressor base directly on the foundation. To ensure perfect leveling, use wedge-shaped shims strategically positioned beneath the base.
Position these wedge-shaped irons alternately. After achieving precise leveling, employ spot welding on the wedge-shaped irons at 4 to 5 key points to secure them in place.
The user should manufacture and install the wedges based on actual conditions, ensuring a meticulously finished contact surface for optimal evenness.

3.3.2 Employ a precision level to achieve accurate leveling. The unit's level must meet exacting standards: axial level precision of 0.05/1000mm and horizontal level precision of 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Ensure the coupling is perfectly centered. Prior to alignment, make certain the following checklist is fulfilled:
1) Completely disconnect the main power supply for safety;
2) Detach the protective coupling shield carefully;
3) Remove the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section for direct access;
4) Verify the motor installation plane is perfectly flat and free from any debris, dirt, or attachments;
5) Ensure each motor bolt hole is slightly larger than the bolt itself, allowing for easy loosening and motor adjustment;
6) Have an ample supply of stainless steel gaskets ready to support the motor's feet. These gaskets must be spotless and absolutely flat, avoiding the use of long, thin gaskets for adjustments;
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter boasting an accuracy of 0.01mm, to be provided by the customer;
8) Prepare and set up a bracket as depicted below to support the dial indicator accurately;
9) Use the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to mount a dial indicator on the edge, placing the probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Adjust the bolts around the motor feet to align the compressor and motor center line as precisely as possible. Ensure the maximum deviation of the outer circle does not exceed 0.05mm; the motor shaft center line should be slightly higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft center line. Maintain a coupling end face range of 0.03~0.05mm.
11) Once alignment is complete, securely tighten the motor foot bolts. Reassess the outer circle runout and the end face runout of the coupling for any discrepancies;
12) After successfully completing the motor idling test, proceed to install the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 Once the casing's 'levelness' and alignment adjustments are completed, tighten the anchor bolts securely. Post mechanical or trial operation, make sure to loosen and then retighten the bolts for optimal security.
3.3.5 The impeller is a high-speed rotating masterpiece; ensure no solid or liquid comes in contact to prevent potential damage. It is crucial to verify that all inlet and outlet pipelines connected to the compressor are pristine and fulfill the specified steam corrosion grade. If they don't, immediate rectification is required. Consider installing solid-liquid separation equipment, like a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the compressor's inlet.
3.3.6 Proceed to install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Ensure these pipelines are equipped with the necessary accessories as per the PI diagram. Remember, the weight of the pipeline must be borne by an independent bracket, not the compressor itself.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its ancillary equipment are meticulously installed and the concrete has fully solidified, it's time to embark on the compressor operation test. This crucial phase ensures that every component is seamlessly integrated, ready to deliver optimal performance.
3.3.8 For maximum operational efficiency, the electric control cabinet of the compressor should be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor. The connection from the compressor to the cabinet should be expertly threaded through pipes that traverse underground, safeguarding against environmental disturbances. When the electric control cabinet is firmly in place, ensure that the wiring terminals within the cabinet are flawlessly connected with the lines at the remote DCS, establishing a robust communication channel.
