Here, it works its magic by heating the materials and generating an evaporation process, thereby brilliantly recycling the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam.
The DM series Single-stage Geared Steam Compressor is a marvel of engineering, consisting of a compressor body, coupling, gearbox, lubrication system, motor, electric instrument, and an anti-surge control system. Its design is a testament to modern innovation, showcasing a compact structure that prioritizes ease of maintenance and operational efficiency.
3.3.1 The compressor base should be carefully positioned on the foundation, using wedge-shaped shims to achieve the perfect level.
Place alternating wedge-shaped irons diligently. After precise leveling, spot weld the wedges for stability at 4 to 5 points.
Users are responsible for crafting and installing wedges tailored to the specific conditions, ensuring seamless contact on inclined surfaces.
Ensure the wedge iron's performance holds firm without exceeding a load of 40Kg/cm2).
3.3.2 Utilizing a level, achieve impeccable leveling. Unit leveling standards are: axial level at 0.05/1000mm, horizontal level at 0.10/1000mm.
The level requirements ensure optimal functionality and longevity of the unit.
3.3.3 Center the coupling meticulously. Prior to commencing alignment, ensure these critical steps:
1) Securely turn off the main power supply for safety.
2) Remove the protective coupling shield with care.
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section to facilitate alignment.
4) Inspect and confirm the motor installation plane's flatness, devoid of any debris or attachments.
5) Ensure the motor bolt holes exceed the bolt size, allowing bolt loosening for motor adjustments.
6) Adequately prepare flat, stainless steel gaskets to support the motor's foot, avoiding long, thin gaskets for adjustments.
7) Arm yourself with a dial indicator or precision laser alignment meter (0.01mm accuracy, customer-provided).
8) Ready a supportive bracket as depicted below for the dial indicator.
9) Employ the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to position a dial indicator probe at the compressor wheel hub's edge.
10) Fine-tune the motor feet adjustment bolts to align the compressor and motor center lines precisely, tolerating a maximum deviation of 0.05mm; coupling end face precision is 0.03~0.05mm.
11) Conclude by tightening the motor foot bolts and rechecking the outer circle and end face runout of the coupling.;
12) Reattach the coupling intermediate section post a successful motor idling test.
3.3.4 Once 'levelness' and alignment are perfected, secure the anchor bolts. Post mechanical operation or trial run, loosen and retighten them for ensured stability.
3.3.5 The impeller is a high-speed component; any solid or liquid intrusion can inflict irreversible damage. Ensure that all connecting pipelines meet the required steam corrosion standards.It is prudent to install solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the compressor inlet's straight pipe to safeguard the system.
3.3.6 Set up the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes with appropriate pipeline accessories as per the PI diagram. Ensure the pipelines are independently supported to prevent undue stress on the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the primary fan and its associated apparatus are securely positioned and the concrete has fully cured, it is time to initiate the compressor operation test. This crucial phase ensures that the Eco-Conscious Steam Compressor is ready to perform at its peak, enhancing its efficiency in advanced wastewater treatment techniques.
3.3.8 The strategic installation of the electric control cabinet should be within a 5-meter radius of the compressor, ensuring optimal functionality. To maintain a seamless connection, the wiring from the compressor to the electric control cabinet should be encased in a threading pipe, purposefully routed underground. Once the control cabinet finds its place, it is essential to meticulously connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the remote DCS lines, ensuring flawless communication and operation of the Eco-Conscious Steam Compressor.
