Craft and install these wedges as per the actual conditions. The contact surfaces must be meticulously finished to guarantee smooth and even interaction between inclined planes.
Ensure that the bearing capacity of the wedge iron does not exceed 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Employ precise leveling tools to confirm the unit's level. The leveling mandate: maintain an axial level of 0.05/1000mm, ensuring unparalleled precision.
Furthermore, the unit's horizontal level should be no more than 0.10/1000mm for flawless functionality.

3.3.3 Focus on achieving perfect coupling alignment. Prior to this, ensure adherence to these crucial steps:
1) The main power supply must be switched off for safety;
2) Detach the coupling shield to access the necessary components;
3) Disassemble the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section to facilitate accurate alignment;
4) Scrutinize the motor installation plane for any foreign obstructions or debris that could hinder performance;
5) Ensure that the motor bolt holes are slightly larger than the bolts to allow easy adjustments when necessary;
6) Have an ample supply of pristine stainless steel gaskets to adequately cover the motor's footing, ensuring no debris or bends;
7) Utilize a dial indicator or precision laser alignment tool (accuracy of 0.01mm) as part of the customer's toolkit;
8) Secure a robust bracket to support the dial indicator effectively as illustrated in the accompanying diagram;

9) Use the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to position the dial indicator accurately, placing its probe along the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) By precisely adjusting the bolts around the motor feet, align the central lines of the compressor and motor, allowing a maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm. Ensure the motor shaft center line is higher than the compressor low-speed shaft center line, with a coupling end face deviation of 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Conclusively, secure the motor foot bolts, then meticulously review the coupling's outer circle and end face runouts for quality assurance;
12) Post motor idling tests, reinstall the coupling intermediate section to finalize the setup.
3.3.4 Subsequent to aligning and leveling the casing, tighten the anchor bolts. Upon completing mechanical operations or trial runs, retighten these bolts for ensured durability and stability.
3.3.5 The impeller functions at high rotational speeds; any intrusion of solids or liquids may inflict irreversible harm. Therefore, the inlet and outlet pipelines must be impeccably clean, conforming to the system's steam corrosion standards. Any non-compliant pipelines require immediate correction.
To enhance safety, consider integrating solid-liquid separation devices like gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees before the compressor's inlet straight pipe.
3.3.6 Proceed with the installation of the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. As per the PI diagram, fit these pipelines with essential accessories. The pipelines must be supported independently by brackets, ensuring the compressor body is free from bearing any weight.
3.3.7 Once the majestic main fan and its essential ancillary equipment have been expertly installed and the robust concrete is thoroughly and magnificently solidified, it's time to embark on the highly-anticipated compressor operation test. This phase is pivotal to ensuring the seamless and superior performance of your system.
3.3.8 The strategically placed electric control cabinet, optimally positioned within a 5m radius of the compressor, is a key component for efficient operation. The wiring, meticulously threaded through secure pipes running discreetly underground, connects the compressor to the cabinet. Once the cabinet is elegantly stationed, ensure that the wiring terminals connect seamlessly with the lines at the remote DCS, guaranteeing a flawless and reliable operational setup.
