Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin the installation by placing the compressor base integrally on the sturdy foundation. To ensure precision, insert wedge-shaped shims under the base for leveling the unit. These shims are essential for achieving perfection in balance.
Carefully alternate the placement of two wedge-shaped irons, ensuring they are perfectly in line. Once the unit is level, secure these shims by spot welding at four to five strategic points, providing a stable foundation.
Users should manufacture and install the wedges tailored to their specific needs. The contact surfaces must be meticulously finished for even contact on inclined planes, ensuring seamless stability.
Each wedge iron must have a bearing capacity not exceeding 40Kg/cm, ensuring it holds firm under pressure.

3.3.2 Utilize a precision level to achieve the exact horizontal and axial alignment. The exacting standards for the unit's levelness include an axial tolerance of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm.

9) Utilize the mounting bracket for the motor wheel hub to attach a dial indicator on the hub's edge and place its probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Adjust the bolts around the motor feet meticulously to align the compressor and motor center lines. The compressor's low-speed shaft center line should be slightly lower than the motor shaft center line, with a maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm and coupling end face deviation of 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Firmly tighten the motor foot bolts and review both the outer circle and end face runouts of the coupling for complete accuracy.;
12) Once the motor idling test is complete, reinstall the coupling's intermediate section seamlessly.
3.3.4 Finalize adjustments by tightening the anchor bolts post-alignment, and after the mechanical or trial operation, re-tighten these bolts for added security.

3.3.5 Ensure the impeller, a critical high-speed component, is protected from solid or liquid interference, which can cause irreversible damage. Maintain the inlet and outlet pipelines to meet the system's steam corrosion grade requirements, and if necessary, install solid-liquid separation equipment such as gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees for optimal performance.
3.3.6 Proceed to install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. These pipelines should be equipped with necessary accessories, as detailed in the PI diagram, and must be supported independently, ensuring no load is borne by the compressor body.
3.3.7 Conduct a comprehensive compressor operation test after complete installation of the main fan and ancillary equipment, ensuring the concrete is fully set for optimal performance.
