The core principle of MVR lies in compressing the secondary steam produced by the evaporator, utilizing a high-efficiency steam compressor. This remarkable process transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, subsequently elevating the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. The elevated temperature of the steam is then cycled back to the evaporator, effectively heating materials and facilitating evaporation, thereby achieving a sustainable recycling of the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam.

The Oil-Film High-Speed Direct Drive Steam Compressor is an exceptional turbine device featuring a high-efficiency permanent magnet motor. Its most distinctive attribute is the direct installation of the impeller at the shaft extension end of the motor. Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin the foundational setup by placing the compressor base directly onto its foundation. Utilize wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to achieve optimal leveling of the unit.
Position two wedge-shaped irons in an alternating manner. Once leveled, secure these irons by spot welding them at 4 to 5 strategic points.
The manufacturing and installation of the wedges must be conducted by the user, tailored to the specific conditions. Ensure the contact surfaces are finely finished to allow even contact along the inclined planes.

3.3.2 Utilize a precision level tool to ensure the unit's exemplary alignment: The axial level must stand at 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal level should be 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Proceed to center the coupling. Before embarking on this alignment journey, ensure the following prerequisites are met:
1) Securely disconnect the main power supply;
2) Remove the protective coupling shield for unobstructed access;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section for seamless alignment;
4) Assess the flatness of the motor installation plane, ensuring it is free from debris, dirt, and any cumbersome attachments;
5) Ensure the motor bolt holes are larger than the bolts themselves, allowing for bolt loosening to facilitate motor adjustment;
6) Assemble ample stainless steel gaskets to cover the motor base; ensure they are unblemished and perfectly flat. Avoid using elongated and thin gaskets for adjustments;
7) Employ a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with a precision of 0.01mm, which should be sourced by the customer;
8) Prepare the necessary bracket to support the dial indicator, as illustrated below;

9) Mount the dial indicator on the motor wheel hub bracket, ensuring the probe is positioned on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Utilize the adjustment bolts around the motor feet to align the compressor and motor center lines as close as possible, with an outer circle deviation not exceeding 0.05mm. The motor shaft center line should be slightly higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, with coupling end face deviation between 0.03-0.05mm;

11) Thoroughly secure the motor foot bolts, then reassess both the outer circle and end face runout of the coupling.;
12) Once satisfied with the idling motor test, re-install the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 After perfecting the casing's 'levelness' and alignment, tighten the anchor bolts securely. Post any mechanical or trial operations, loosen and retighten the bolts for assured stability.

3.3.5 The impeller is a high-speed, precision component. Any foreign solid or liquid intrusion will lead to irreparable compressor damage. Therefore, ensure the cleanliness of the compressor's connected inlet and outlet pipelines, adhering to the system's steam corrosion standards. Pipelines failing these standards must be corrected. Consider installing solid-liquid separation devices (such as gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees) before the compressor inlet's straight pipe to ascertain absolute purity.
3.3.6 Properly install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. All import and export pipelines should be fitted with relevant accessories as per the PI diagram. The compressor should not bear the weight of these pipelines; instead, they must be supported by separate brackets.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its associated equipment are expertly installed and the concrete has reached its full strength, it's time to embark on the exhilarating compressor operation test. This crucial step ensures everything is perfectly aligned for optimal performance.
3.3.8 The electrical control cabinet for your compressor should be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius to ensure seamless integration. The wiring, meticulously threaded through underground pipes, creates a clean and efficient connection from the compressor to the cabinet. Once the cabinet is securely in place, the task is to interlink the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the lines at the remote DCS, ensuring flawless communication and control.
