This innovative method significantly reduces the reliance on external energy sources by ingeniously reusing the secondary steam energy it produces. Fundamentally, MVR works on a principle where the secondary steam generated by the evaporator is compressed using a highly efficient steam compressor. This process transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, increasing the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. Consequently, this heated steam is redirected back to the evaporator, where it effectively heats the materials and instigates evaporation, thus recycling the latent heat of vaporization in the secondary steam. This cycle not only optimizes energy use but also enhances operational efficiency.

The Oil-Film High-Speed Direct Drive Steam Compressor is a state-of-the-art turbine device that leverages the power of a high-efficiency permanent magnet motor. Its sophisticated design features a direct installation of the impeller on the motor's shaft extension, complemented by rotor support through an advanced oil film bearing. This configuration enables direct drive by a high-speed motor, eliminating the need for additional components like a speed-increasing gearbox and coupling. Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by placing the compressor base securely on its designated foundation. Utilize wedge-shaped shims under the base to adjust and ensure the unit is perfectly level.
Alternate the placement of two wedge-shaped irons. Once the unit achieves the desired level, spot weld these irons at 4 to 5 strategic points for sturdy support.
The user must manufacture and install these wedges according to the specific conditions encountered. Ensure the contact surfaces are finely finished for consistent, even contact.
Ensure the load-bearing capacity of the wedge iron does not exceed 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Utilize a precision level to ascertain the unit's alignment. The leveling precision requirements are: axial level should be within 0.05/1000mm, and horizontal level should maintain 0.10/1000mm.
These measurements ensure optimal performance and longevity.

3.3.3 Begin the coupling centering process. Prior to alignment, ensure the following essential preparations are made:
1) Disconnect the main power to ensure safety;
2) Remove the protective coupling shield;
3) Detach the intermediate section of the diaphragm coupling;
4) Verify the motor installation plane's flatness, ensuring it is free of debris, dirt, or unwanted materials;
5) Motor bolt holes should exceed the bolt size, allowing for easy bolt loosening and motor adjustment;
6) Secure sufficient stainless steel gaskets to support the motor feet. They should be attachment-free and flat. Avoid using long, thin gaskets for adjustments;
7) Equip yourself with a dial indicator or laser alignment tool boasting an accuracy of 0.01mm (to be provided by the customer);
8) Prepare the necessary bracket to support the dial indicator, as illustrated in the figure below;

9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to position a dial indicator on the hub edge, placing the probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) By fine-tuning the adjustment bolts at the motor feet, align the compressor and motor center lines accurately. The maximum deviation of the outer circle should not surpass 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line slightly above the compressor low-speed shaft center line. Coupling end face deviation should range between 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts, and double-check for any outer circle runout and end face runout of the coupling;
12) Once a successful motor idling test is performed, reinstall the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 Post-adjusting both the levelness and precise alignment of the casing, tighten all anchor bolts. After mechanical operation or a trial run, loosen and retighten the bolts for optimal security.

3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed rotating part, is susceptible to irreversible damage from any solid or liquid intrusion. Therefore, ensure the connecting inlet and outlet pipelines are spotless and compliant with the system's steam corrosion standards. Any non-compliant pipelines must be rectified. Installing solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the compressor's straight pipe inlet is strongly advised.
3.3.6 Proceed with installing the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Ensure the installation of appropriate pipeline accessories as directed by the PI diagram. The pipelines linked to the compressor should be supported by alternative brackets, not by the compressor body itself.
3.3.7 Upon complete installation of the main fan and its auxiliary equipment, and once the concrete has thoroughly settled, you can proceed with the compressor operation test to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
