Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin the installation with precision by positioning the compressor base integrally upon the foundation. Utilize wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to flawlessly align the unit level.
Strategically alternate two wedge-shaped irons. Once the unit is impeccably leveled, secure the irons with spot welds at 4 to 5 points, ensuring steadfast stability.
Craft the wedge with meticulous care, tailored to your specific conditions. Ensure the contact surface is finished to guarantee a perfect contact of the inclined plane.
The bearing capacity of the wedge iron should not exceed an impressive 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Utilize a precision level to achieve unparalleled accuracy in leveling. Aim for an axial level of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm for comprehensive perfection.
These specifications ensure the pinnacle of operational excellence.

3.3.3 Perfect the coupling centering with diligence. Before commencing alignment, adhere to these essential prerequisites:
1) Ensure safety by turning off the main power supply.
2) Dismantle the coupling shield with care.
3) Remove the diaphragm coupling intermediate section methodically.
4) Verify the motor installation plane is flat and free of any debris or obstructions.
5) Ensure motor bolt holes are adequately sized for bolt adjustments, facilitating motor alignment.
6) Equip yourself with sufficient stainless steel gaskets to secure the motor foot, ensuring they are pristine and flat. Avoid using unsuitable gaskets for adjustments.
7) Arm yourself with a high-precision dial indicator or laser alignment meter with 0.01mm accuracy, to achieve meticulous alignment.
8) Utilize a specialized bracket to support the dial indicator as depicted in the figure.

9) Employ the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to position a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, ensuring precise measurement.
10) Fine-tune the motor feet adjustment bolts to align the compressor and motor center line accurately, maintaining a maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm.

11) Securely tighten motor foot bolts, then meticulously reassess the outer circle and end face runout of the coupling.;
12) After successfully idling the motor, reinstall the coupling intermediate section.
3.3.4 Following the adjustment of 'levelness' and alignment, fasten the anchor bolts securely. Post-mechanical or trial operation, loosen and re-tighten bolts for reinforced stability.
3.3.5 Ensure the impeller’s operational integrity by preventing the entry of any solids or liquids, which could be detrimental. Maintain cleanliness in inlet and outlet pipelines and adhere to the steam corrosion grade requirements. Non-compliant pipelines require immediate rectification.
Enhance system safety by installing solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the straight pipe at the compressor inlet.
3.3.6 With meticulous attention, install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Adhere to the PI diagram for pipeline accessory installation. Ensure the pipeline is independently supported to avoid undue stress on the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its auxiliary equipment have been meticulously installed and the concrete has reached full solidity, you are ready to initiate the compressor operation test. 3.3.8 To maximize the functionality and safety of the Compact Steam Compressor, ensure the electric control cabinet is strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor.
