3.3.1 Begin by securely placing the compressor base onto the foundation. Incorporate wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to impeccably adjust the unit for perfect leveling.

3.3.3 Master the art of coupling by ensuring impeccable centering. Prior to initiating alignment, adhere to the following essential prerequisites:
1) Ensure the main power supply is completely turned off;
2) Diligently remove the coupling shield to reveal the components beneath;
3) Carefully detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section;
4) Thoroughly inspect the motor installation plane for any debris, dirt, or alien attachments, ensuring pristine flatness;
5) The motor bolt holes should aptly exceed bolt size, facilitating easy loosening and precise motor adjustment;
6) Meticulously prepare ample stainless steel gaskets to cover the motor's feet, ensuring they are devoid of attachments and exceptionally flat. Avoid using excessively long or thin gaskets that could compromise adjustment integrity;
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a state-of-the-art laser alignment meter boasting an accuracy of 0.01mm (provided by the customer);
8) Prepare and position a bracket as shown below to support the dial indicator with precision;
9) Employ the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to secure a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, while placing the probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge for flawless alignment;
10) By skillfully adjusting the motor feet's adjustment bolts, align the compressor and motor center lines meticulously, ensuring the maximum deviation of the outer circle is no more than 0.05mm (with the motor shaft center line slightly elevated compared to the compressor low-speed shaft line), and coupling end face variance of 0.03~0.05mm;
11) In culmination, rigorously tighten the motor foot bolts, then meticulously reassess both the outer circle runout and end face runout of the coupling for absolute precision;
12) Conclude by installing the coupling intermediate section post motor idling test for optimal function.
3.3.4 Following the successful adjustment of 'levelness' and alignment of the casing, proceed by securely tightening all anchor bolts. Post mechanical operation or trial run, methodically loosen and retighten the bolts to ensure immaculate stability.
3.3.5 Recognize the impeller as a high-speed rotating marvel; any ingress of solids or liquids could inflict irrevocable damage upon the compressor. Therefore, ensure pipelines connected to the compressor are immaculately clean, adhering to stringent steam corrosion grade requirements. Pipelines that fall short of these standards must be promptly rectified. It is advisable to incorporate solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the straight pipe leading to the compressor inlet.
3.3.6 Execute the installation of compressor inlet and outlet pipes with precision. Import and export pipelines should integrate relevant accessories as detailed in the PI diagram. Ensure pipelines connected to the compressor are supported by a separate bracket, thereby alleviating any weight burden on the compressor body itself.
3.3.7 Upon the complete installation of the main fan along with its supportive equipment and once the concrete has fully set, the thrilling phase of testing the compressor's operation can commence with confidence and precision.
3.3.8 For optimal performance, the electric control cabinet of the compressor should be strategically positioned no more than 5 meters away from the compressor itself. The wiring between the compressor and the control cabinet should be elegantly routed through underground threading pipes. Once the electric control cabinet is securely placed, seamlessly connect the wiring terminals inside the cabinet to the lines at the external DCS, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
