This powerhouse features an exquisitely compact structure, inclusive of the compressor body, coupling, gearbox, lubrication system, motor, electric instruments, and an anti-surge control system. Its design ensures not just optimal performance but also highlights exceptional convenience for maintenance, making it a leading choice in high-performance steam compression technology.
3.3.1 Begin by integrally placing the compressor base on its foundation, ensuring it's perfectly leveled by positioning wedge-shaped shims underneath the base. This facilitates a stable and precise installation.
Alternately place two wedge-shaped irons, achieving impeccable leveling. Secure these wedges with spot welds at 4 to 5 points, ensuring steadfast stability and precision.
The user is responsible for manufacturing and installing the wedge according to their specific requirements. The contact surface must be finished to guarantee even contact with the inclined plane.
Ensure the bearing capacity of the wedge iron does not exceed 40Kg/cm2).
3.3.2 Employ a level to meticulously determine the unit's level. The axial level requirement is 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal level is 0.10/1000mm.
These precision measurements ensure optimal performance and stability.
3.3.3 For precise coupling, begin by centering it. Prior to alignment, ensure the following:
1) Disconnect the main power supply to guarantee safety;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield for access;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section for clearer alignment;
4) Inspect the flatness of the motor installation plane, ensuring it’s devoid of any foreign objects or debris.
5) The motor bolt holes must exceed the bolt size, allowing ease of adjustment through bolt loosening.
6) Prepare ample stainless steel gaskets to cushion the motor's foot. These gaskets must be clean, flat, and should never be long or thin.
7) Use a dial indicator or laser alignment meter with 0.01mm precision, sourced by the customer, for unparalleled accuracy.
8) Have a sturdy bracket ready to support the dial indicator, as depicted in the accompanying diagram.
9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket for affixing a dial indicator at the hub's edge, allowing for exact placement of the probe on the compressor wheel hub's perimeter.
10) Adjust the bolts around the motor feet to synchronize the compressor and motor center line. Aim for a maximum 0.05mm deviation in the outer circle.
11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts and reassess the outer circle runout and end face runout for coupling precision.;
12) After conducting the motor idling test, reinstall the coupling intermediate section, ensuring smooth operation.
3.3.4 Post alignment and leveling adjustments of the casing, tighten the anchor bolts. After any mechanical operation or trial, retighten for assured stability.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed rotating component, requires pristine conditions to prevent irreversible compressor damage. Ensure all inlet and outlet pipelines are clean and compliant with steam corrosion standards.To further safeguard, consider installing solid-liquid separation equipment, like gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees, before the compressor inlet.
3.3.6 Proceed with installing the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Attach relevant pipeline accessories as per the PI diagram. Ensure the pipeline weight is supported independently, not by the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the majestic main fan and its supportive ancillary equipment are perfectly installed and the robust concrete has fully set, it's time to embark on the thrilling compressor operation test.
3.3.8 The sophisticated electric control cabinet of the compressor should elegantly reside within a 5m radius of the compressor. For seamless connectivity, threading pipes should be employed to run the wiring underground, forming an invisible conduit between the compressor and its control hub. Once the electric control cabinet is majestically positioned, connect the wiring terminals inside to the remote DCS, ensuring a flawless line of communication.
