3.3.1 Begin by ensuring that the compressor base is meticulously positioned on the foundation. Carefully place wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to achieve the perfect level.
Alternate the placement of wedge-shaped irons, and once the unit is impeccably leveled, secure the irons with spot welds at 4-5 strategic points. The fabrication and installation of these wedges
should be carried out by the user, tailored to the actual circumstances. Ensure that the contact surface is finely finished for even engagement of the inclined plane.

3.3.2 Employ a precise level to ascertain perfect horizontality. The unit's leveling precision demands an axial level of 0.05/1000mm, with a flawless horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Achieve precision with coupling alignment. Before commencing this critical process, ensure the following prerequisites are met:
1) Power down the main power supply to ensure safety and prevent any accidental starts.
2) Disassemble the coupling shield to access the internal components.
3) Carefully remove the diaphragm coupling intermediate section.
4) Inspect and confirm the motor installation plane's flatness, ensuring it is free of debris, dirt, or foreign attachments.
5) Motor bolt holes should exceed the bolt size, granting the flexibility needed to adjust the motor seamlessly.
6) Have ample stainless steel gaskets ready to ensure a perfect fit at the motor's foot. These gaskets must be clean, flat, and of substantial thickness to prevent misalignment.
7) Utilize a highly accurate dial indicator or laser alignment meter (0.01mm precision, to be provided by the customer) for meticulous alignment.
8) Prepare the supporting bracket for the dial indicator, as illustrated in the figure below, to ensure stability and accuracy.
9) The motor wheel hub mounting bracket facilitates mounting a dial indicator on the hub's edge, with the probe placed strategically on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge.
10) By deftly adjusting the motor feet's adjustment bolts, ensure the compressor and motor center lines align perfectly. Aim for a maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm, with the motor shaft's center line set slightly higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft center line. The coupling end face should be within 0.03~0.05mm.
11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts, while conducting a thorough review of the coupling's outer circle and end face runout.;
12) Conduct an idle test of the motor, then proceed to install the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 Post-adjustment of 'levelness' and alignment, firmly tighten the anchor bolts. Upon mechanical operation or trial operation, ensure to re-loosen and tighten the bolts for optimum stability.
3.3.5 Given the impeller's high-speed rotation, any intruding solid or liquid can inflict irreversible damage on the compressor. It's imperative to maintain pristine conditions in the inlet and outlet pipelines, adhering to the steam corrosion grade requirements of the system. Any non-compliant pipelines demand immediate rectification. We strongly recommend installing solid-liquidseparation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the compressor inlet's straight pipe.
3.3.6 Attentively install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Ensure that these import and export pipelines are equipped with the respective pipeline accessories in alignment with the PI diagram. The pipelines must be independently supported by a dedicated bracket, avoiding any weight burden on the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and all accompanying equipment have been meticulously installed and the concrete has been allowed ample time to thoroughly solidify, it is then the opportune moment to commence the operation test of the compressor. This ensures everything is functioning seamlessly before full deployment.
3.3.8 For optimal performance and safety, the electric control cabinet of the compressor should be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. The crucial wiring connecting the compressor to the electric control cabinet should be carefully installed using threading pipe, routed underground for protection. Once the electric control cabinet is securely placed, it is vital to connect its wiring terminals efficiently to the lines at the remote Distributed Control System (DCS), ensuring a smooth, integrated operation.
