MVR, the acronym for mechanical vapor recompression, represents a groundbreaking energy-saving technology. It ingeniously minimizes the need for external energy by effectively reusing the secondary steam energy it produces. The core principle revolves around compressing the secondary steam generated by the evaporator using a highly efficient steam compressor. This process transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, thereby elevating the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. The increased temperature and pressure allow the secondary steam to return to the evaporator, where it proficiently heats the materials, inducing evaporation. This method masterfully recycles the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam, ensuring an optimized and sustainable energy cycle.
The DM series Single-stage geared steam compressor is an engineering marvel, encompassing a robust compressor body, coupling, gearbox, and an advanced lubrication system. It also features a powerful motor, sophisticated electric instruments, and a state-of-the-art anti-surge control system. This compressor boasts a remarkably compact structure, ensuring ease of maintenance and seamless integration into various industrial applications.
3.3.1 Gracefully position the compressor base onto its designated foundation, ensuring stability and precision. Enhance its level by strategically placing wedge-shaped shims beneath the base.
Arrange two wedge-shaped irons in alternating positions for optimal support. Once the unit is meticulously leveled, perform spot welding on the wedge-shaped irons at 4 to 5 contact points, securing them with precision.
These wedges should be custom-manufactured and installed by the user, precisely tailored to the actual conditions. Ensure the contact surfaces are expertly finished for uniform contact along the inclined planes.
The bearing capacity of these wedge irons should not exceed a robust 40Kg/cm2).
3.3.2 Employ a level to achieve impeccable alignment. The leveling precision of the unit should adhere to exacting standards: an axial level of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm.
3.3.3 Ensure the coupling is precisely centered. Prior to initiating alignment, confirm the following vital prerequisites:
1) Deactivate the main power supply to maintain safety;
2) Disengage the coupling shield to allow free access;
3) Carefully detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section;
4) Scrutinize the motor installation plane for absolute flatness, ensuring it is free from any debris or obstructions;
5) Verify that the motor bolt hole is generously sized, enabling bolt loosening for seamless motor adjustment;
6) Prepare a sufficient number of pristine stainless steel gaskets to secure the motor foot, ensuring they are devoid of any attachments and exhibit impeccable flatness. Refrain from using elongated or slender gaskets for adjustments between the motor and the base.
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with a precision of 0.01mm, which should be procured by the customer.
8) Equip yourself with a sturdy bracket for supporting the dial indicator, as illustrated in the accompanying figure.
9) Employ the motor wheel hub mounting bracket, designed to securely mount a dial indicator on the wheel hub edge, while positioning the dial indicator probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge.
10) Skillfully use adjustment bolts surrounding the motor feet to align the compressor and motor center lines, achieving near-perfect alignment. The maximum deviation of the outer circle must remain within 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line positioned slightly higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft center line. The coupling end face should exhibit a tolerance of 0.03~0.05mm.
11) After completing these adjustments, securely fasten the motor foot bolts, and perform a thorough review of both the outer circle runout and coupling end face runout.;
12) Following a successful motor idling test, proceed to install the coupling intermediate section.
3.3.4 Once the "levelness" and precise alignment of the casing are achieved, tighten the anchor bolts securely. After the mechanical operation or trial phase, release the bolts and retighten them to ensure continued stability.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed marvel, remains sensitive to any solid or liquid intrusion, which could inflict irreversible damage. To safeguard its integrity, ensure all pipelines connected to the compressor are impeccably clean and adhere to the system's steam corrosion grade requirements. In cases where these conditions are unmet, rectification is imperative. It is strongly advised to incorporate solid-liquid separation devices, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, preceding the straight pipe at the compressor inlet.uggested to add solid liquid separation equipment (gas scrubber or sedimentation tee) before the straight pipe at the compressor inlet.
3.3.6 Proceed to install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes, ensuring that import and export pipelines are equipped with the appropriate pipeline accessories, as depicted in the PI diagram. The pipelines connected to the compressor must be supported by a separate bracket, ensuring that their weight is not borne by the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its ancillary equipment have been installed and the concrete has achieved full solidification, it's time to embark on the compressor's operation test. This crucial step ensures that everything is set for optimal performance.
3.3.8 For optimal efficiency and seamless operation, the electric control cabinet of the compressor should be strategically installed within a 5-meter radius of the compressor. Utilizing threading pipe for connection, the wiring should be ingeniously routed underground. Once the electric control cabinet is meticulously positioned, ensure a flawless connection between the wiring terminals in the cabinet and the remote DCS lines.
