Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by placing the compressor base securely onto the foundation. Carefully position wedge-shaped shims beneath the base for precision adjustment of the unit's level.
Skillfully arrange two wedge-shaped irons in an alternating pattern. Once the unit is perfectly level, spot weld the wedges in 4 to 5 strategic points for optimal stability.
Each wedge should be crafted and installed by the user, tailored to the specific conditions. Ensure the contact surface is finely finished for even contact of the inclined plane.
The load-bearing capacity of each wedge iron must not exceed 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Utilize a precision level to achieve the desired levelness. The axial level must maintain a tight tolerance of 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal level should not exceed 0.10/1000mm.
These stringent requirements ensure optimal unit performance and longevity.

3.3.3 Center the coupling with meticulous alignment. Prior to initiation, ensure all necessary preparations are completed:
1) Disconnect the main power supply to ensure complete safety;
2) Dismantle the coupling shield for unobstructed access;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section with care;
4) Inspect the motor installation plane's flatness, clearing away any debris, dirt, or attachments;
5) Ensure the motor bolt holes are sufficiently larger than the bolts to facilitate precise motor adjustments;
6) Gather a sufficient amount of stainless steel gaskets to support the motor's footing. Ensure these gaskets are free from debris and impeccably flat—avoid using long or thin gaskets for adjustments;
7) Employ a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with 0.01mm accuracy (customer-provided) for precise measurements;
8) Prepare the specified bracket to support the dial indicator as illustrated below;

9) Mount the dial indicator on the motor wheel hub bracket, ensuring the probe contacts the outer edge of the compressor wheel hub;
10) Adjust the motor foot's adjustment bolts to align the compressor and motor center lines accurately. The outer circle's maximum deviation should be 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line slightly higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft center. Coupling end face deviation should remain within 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts, then reassess the coupling's outer circle and end face runout;;
12) After verifying the motor's performance through a no-load test, reinstall the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 Once the casing's levelness and alignment are perfected, fasten the anchor bolts. Following the initial mechanical or trial operation, unfasten and retighten the bolts for enhanced security.

3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed component, must remain free of any solid or liquid contaminants to prevent irreversible compressor damage. Ensure inlet and outlet pipelines are pristine and adhere to the system's steam corrosion standards. Modify pipelines that fall short of these standards. Consider installing solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the compressor's inlet straight pipe.
3.3.6 Proceed to install compressor inlet and outlet pipes. Follow the PI diagram to equip the import and export pipelines with necessary accessories. Support pipelines externally, ensuring their weight does not burden the compressor body.
3.3.7 Upon completing the installation of the main fan and auxiliary equipment, and allowing the concrete to fully cure, you are ready to conduct the compressor operation test for final validation.
