Its foundational principle is ingeniously simple yet highly effective: the secondary steam, which the evaporator generates, is compressed using a highly efficient steam compressor. This process skillfully transforms electrical energy into valuable thermal energy, causing a rise in both pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. The heightened temperature then allows this steam to return to the evaporator, efficiently heating the materials to generate further evaporation, thereby ingeniously recycling the latent heat from the vaporization of the secondary steam.
The DM series Single-stage Geared Steam Compressor is an engineering marvel that primarily consists of several key components including the compressor body, coupling, gearbox, lubrication system, motor, electric instrument, and an advanced anti-surge control system. Its design boasts a compact structure, ensuring not only streamlined operation but also exceptional ease of maintenance, making it a practical choice for modern industrial applications.
3.3.1 Begin by seamlessly placing the compressor base onto the carefully prepared foundation. Utilize wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to deftly adjust and secure the unit's level.
Strategically alternate two wedge-shaped irons, ensuring precise leveling of the unit. Secure the wedges with meticulous spot welds at 4 to 5 key points.
Craft and install the wedge with expert precision according to your specific requirements. The contact surfaces must be perfectly finished to ensure even adherence on the inclined plane.
The load-bearing capability of the wedge iron should not exceed an impressive 40Kg/cm2).
3.3.2 Utilize a level to attain the utmost precision in leveling. Our exacting standards dictate: an axial level of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Achieve coupling centering with ease. Prior to alignment, ensure the following vital steps are completed:
1) Securely turn off the main power supply for safety;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield, allowing full access;
3) Gently remove the diaphragm coupling intermediate section for thorough inspection;
4) Ensure the motor installation plane is impeccably flat and free from debris, dirt, and attachments;
5) Verify that the motor bolt holes are amply sized to allow bolt adjustment for optimal motor alignment;
6) Gather an abundance of pristine stainless steel gaskets, ensuring they are clean and perfectly flat. Avoid using elongated or thin gaskets for adjustments.
7) Employ a dial indicator or laser alignment meter with an outstanding accuracy of 0.01mm, sourced by the customer.
8) Prepare a sturdy bracket to support the dial indicator, as illustrated in the accompanying visual.
9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to conveniently position a dial indicator on the hub's edge, with the probe carefully placed on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge.
10) Expertly adjust the motor foot bolts to achieve near-perfect alignment of the compressor and motor center lines, adhering to our stringent guidelines. Maintain a maximum deviation of 0.05mm on the outer circle and 0.03~0.05mm at the coupling end face.
11) Conclude by securely tightening the motor foot bolts, then diligently review the outer circle and end face runout of the coupling to ensure perfection.;
12) Reinstall the coupling intermediate section following a successful motor idling test.
3.3.4 Once 'levelness' and alignment are expertly adjusted, fasten the anchor bolts. After a successful mechanical or trial operation, loosen and retighten to ensure enduring stability.
3.3.5 The impeller is a high-speed marvel, and any foreign solid or liquid intrusion can cause irreversible harm. It's imperative to maintain impeccably clean inlet and outlet pipelines that adhere to stringent steam corrosion standards. Rectify any non-compliant pipelines immediately. Consider integrating solid-liquid separation technology, like a high-efficiency gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the compressor inlet's straight pipe.This strategic enhancement safeguards against unwanted contaminants.
3.3.6 Install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes with precision. Each pipeline must feature the necessary accessories as per the PI diagram, with an independent support bracket to ensure the compressor body remains unburdened by the pipeline's weight.
3.3.7 After the main fan and its ancillary equipment have been expertly installed and the concrete has reached full solidity, you can proceed with executing the compressor operation test. This step marks a pivotal moment in ensuring the flawless functionality of the system.
3.3.8 To guarantee optimal performance, the electric control cabinet of the compressor should be strategically positioned within a 5-meter range from the compressor. The connection from the compressor to the electric control cabinet must be skillfully executed using a threading pipe routed underground. Once the electric control cabinet is securely in place, seamlessly connect the wiring terminals within the electric control cabinet to the lines at the remote DCS, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
