The fundamental principle behind this technology involves compressing the secondary steam, generated by the evaporator, using a highly efficient steam compressor. This process ingeniously converts electrical energy into thermal energy, simultaneously increasing the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. Consequently, the enhanced steam is returned to the evaporator where it serves to heat materials, inducing further evaporation. This cycle allows for the recycling of the latent heat of vaporization from the secondary steam, thereby enabling an exceptional level of energy efficiency.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by securely placing the compressor base integrally on the foundation. Introduce wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to ensure impeccable unit leveling.
Skillfully alternate the placement of two wedge-shaped irons. Once the unit is perfectly leveled, apply spot welding to the wedge-shaped irons at 4 to 5 strategic points. Remember,
the manufacture and installation of the wedge must be tailored by the user based on specific circumstances. The contact surface must be meticulously finished for an even contact,
ensuring the wedge iron's bearing capacity remains at or below 40Kg/cm
2.
3.3.2 Employ a reliable level tool to achieve precision leveling. The unit's leveling prerequisites demand an exact axial level of 0.05/1000mm, and a flawless horizontal
level of 0.10/1000mm, achieving top-notch installation quality.

3.3.3 Master the art of coupling alignment. Prior to alignment, make certain all the following steps are meticulously followed:
1) Securely deactivate the main power supply;
2) Carefully remove the protective coupling shield;
3) Dismantle the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section with precision;
4) Scrupulously check the motor installation plane's flatness, ensuring no debris, dirt, or attachments are present;
5) Ensure the motor bolt hole is adequately larger than the bolt size to allow bolt loosening for optimal motor adjustment;
6) Be well-prepared with ample stainless steel gaskets to support the motor's feet, ensuring they are attachment-free and perfectly flat. Avoid using long and thin gaskets for delicate adjustments between the motor and the base;
7) Utilize a high-precision dial indicator or a state-of-the-art laser alignment meter, accurate to 0.01mm, which the customer should provide;
8) Have the bracket ready for dial indicator support, following the illustrative figure shown below;

9) The motor wheel hub mounting bracket serves to secure a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, aligning the probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) By precisely adjusting the bolts around the motor feet, achieve near-perfect alignment of the compressor and motor center lines, adhering to instructions. Ensure maximum outer circle deviation is a mere 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line slightly elevated compared to the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, and coupling end face at 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Conclude by tightly securing the motor foot bolts, then meticulously verify the outer circle runout and end face runout of the coupling for absolute accuracy.
12) Conclude the installation by fitting the coupling intermediate section following a successful motor idle test.
3.3.4 Post-adjustment of the casing's 'levelness' and alignment, firmly tighten the anchor bolts. After successful mechanical or trial operations, loosen and re-tighten these bolts to maintain security.
3.3.5 Given the impeller's role as a high-speed rotating entity, any solid or liquid intrusion can inflict irreversible damage. Consequently, ensuring the connected inlet and outlet pipelines are pristine and align with the system's steam corrosion specifications is crucial. Should any non-compliant pipelines exist, they must be rectified promptly. It is highly
recommended to install solid-liquid separation devices such as gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees before the compressor inlet's straight pipe to safeguard performance.
3.3.6 Proceed with the installation of the compressor inlet and outlet pipes. Ensure that import and export pipelines are fitted with the prescribed pipeline accessories as outlined in the PI diagram. Importantly, the weight of these pipelines must be independently supported by additional brackets, rather than relying on the compressor body, to ensure structural integrity and optimal function.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and all its auxiliary equipment are expertly installed, and you've ensured the concrete has reached complete solidification, you're ready to perform the compressor operation test. This meticulous procedure guarantees that all components are perfectly aligned and ready for peak performance.
3.3.8 Strategically position the electric control cabinet within a convenient 5-meter radius of the compressor. Carefully connect the wiring from the compressor to the control cabinet using threading pipes, which should be discreetly routed underground. Upon positioning the electric control cabinet, adeptly connect its wiring terminals to the lines at the remote DCS, ensuring seamless integration into your system's architecture.
