Installation Instructions

3.3.1 The compressor base should be seamlessly integrated onto the foundation. To ensure perfect leveling, place wedge-shaped shims beneath the base.
Alternate the positioning of two wedge-shaped irons, ensuring the unit is perfectly level. Secure these with spot welds at 4 to 5 strategic points.
The user must craft and position the wedges according to specific conditions. The contact surfaces should be meticulously finished for even and stable support.
Every inclined plane must firmly contact, with each wedge iron bearing no more than 40Kg/cm.

3.3.2 Employ a precision level to achieve exact leveling. The axial and horizontal leveling standards are 0.05/1000mm and 0.10/1000mm respectively.
The exactness in leveling ensures optimal efficiency and longevity.

3.3.3 Perfect Coupling Centering: Before beginning, ensure the following critical prerequisites:
1) Completely disconnect the main power supply to ensure safety.
2) Carefully remove the protective coupling shield.
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediary section.
4) Verify motor installation plane flatness, ensuring it is devoid of debris, dirt, and other obstructions.
5) Motor bolt holes must exceed bolt size for easy loosening and motor adjustment.
6) Prepare an ample supply of stainless steel gaskets for motor foot coverage. These must be devoid of contaminants and sufficiently flat.
7) Utilize a highly accurate dial indicator or laser alignment meter (customer-provided) with precision up to 0.01mm.
8) Ensure the availability and set-up of a dial indicator supporting bracket, as depicted below.

9) Use the motor wheel hub mounting bracket for precise dial indicator placement on the compressor wheel hub's edge.
10) Adjust motor feet bolts to align the compressor and motor centerlines, maintaining a max deviation of 0.05mm, ensuring the motor shaft is slightly higher.

11) Securely fasten the motor foot bolts, then meticulously check the coupling's outer circle and end face for runout.;
12) Post motor idle testing, re-install the coupling's intermediary section, ensuring seamless integration.
3.3.4 After achieving precise 'levelness' and alignment, anchor bolts must be tightened. Post any mechanical operation, re-check and tighten bolts to guarantee stability.
3.3.5 The impeller, operating at high speed, requires absolute protection from foreign matter. Any ingress of solids or liquids can be catastrophic, necessitating pristine inlet and outlet pipelines.
To ensure optimal compressor function, consider installing solid-liquid separation devices, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the inlet straight pipe.
3.3.6 Properly install compressor inlet and outlet pipes as per PI diagram specifications. All connected pipelines must be independently supported, ensuring no undue stress or weight burden on the compressor unit.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and all its supplementary equipment are meticulously installed and the concrete foundation has fully solidified, you can seamlessly proceed with the compressor operation test. This ensures optimal performance and stability for your system.
3.3.8 Ensure that the electric control cabinet of the compressor is strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor for efficient operation. The wiring should be elegantly connected via a threading pipe, neatly routed underground. Once the electric control cabinet is perfectly positioned, meticulously connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the lines at the remote DCS. This setup guarantees a sophisticated and streamlined operation process.
