This transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, thereby increasing both the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. The enhanced steam then returns to the evaporator, where it heats materials and induces evaporation, skillfully recycling the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam. Installation Instructions

3.3.1 The compressor base is to be seamlessly integrated onto the foundation. Employ wedge-shaped shims strategically beneath the base for leveling perfection.
Place two wedge-shaped irons alternately; once the unit is perfectly leveled, secure them with spot welding at four to five points to ensure firmness.
The wedges should be custom-crafted and installed by the user, tailored to the specific conditions present. Ensure the contact surfaces are precisely finished for even pressure distribution.
The bearing capacity of each wedge iron must remain within a strict limit of 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Utilize a precision level to achieve exact leveling. Set the unit to meet stringent leveling criteria: axial level at 0.05/1000mm and horizontal level at 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Coupling alignment is crucial. Before embarking on this task, ensure the following prerequisites are met:
1) Disconnect the main power supply to ensure complete safety;
2) Dismantle the coupling shield for unobstructed access;
3) Remove the intermediate section of the diaphragm coupling;
4) Verify the motor installation plane’s flatness, free from debris or obstructions;
5) Ensure the motor bolt hole is generous compared to the bolt size, allowing for easy loosening and motor adjustments;
6) Stock up on stainless steel gaskets to firmly stabilize the motor feet. These gaskets must be devoid of any debris, perfectly flat, and avoid using excessively long or thin gaskets for adjustments;
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a highly accurate laser alignment meter with a precision of 0.01mm (procured by the customer);
8) Ensure you have a bracket ready for supporting the dial indicator as illustrated below;

9) Assemble the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to accommodate a dial indicator on the hub’s edge, positioning the probe on the compressor wheel hub’s outer edge;
10) Adjust the bolts surrounding the motor feet to align the compressor and motor center line meticulously. The maximum allowable deviation for the outer circle is 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line marginally higher than the compressor’s low-speed shaft center line, and coupling end face 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Conclude by fastening the motor foot bolts securely, then reassess the outer circle and end face runout of the coupling for precision assurance;
12) Subsequent to a successful motor idling test, reinstall the coupling intermediate section.
3.3.4 Post-adjustment, secure the anchor bolts firmly following the casing’s alignment. After any mechanical operation or trial, loosen and retighten the bolts to ensure optimal securement.
3.3.5 Protect the impeller, a high-speed vital component; any incursion by solid or liquid matter can lead to irreversible damage. Guarantee that all inlet and outlet pipelines maintain cleanliness and meet the system’s steam corrosion grade criteria. Pipelines failing these standards must be rectified promptly. Consider installing solid-liquid separation equipment, like a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the compressor inlet’s straight pipe.

3.3.6 Proceed with the meticulous installation of compressor inlet and outlet pipes. Follow the PI diagram to incorporate necessary pipeline accessories. Ensure the pipeline connected to the compressor is independently supported by another bracket, preventing undue stress on the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its essential ancillary equipment have been meticulously installed and the concrete foundation has reached complete solidification, you are all set to proceed with the operation test of the compressor. This crucial phase ensures that all components are functioning harmoniously together for optimal performance.
3.3.8 For seamless functionality, the compressor's electric control cabinet must be strategically positioned within an optimal distance of 5 meters from the compressor itself. Ensure that the wiring from the compressor to the electric control cabinet is expertly connected using threading pipe, elegantly routed underground to maintain a clean and safe environment. Upon installation of the electric control cabinet, proceed to establish precise connections between the cabinet’s wiring terminals and the lines at the remote DCS, ensuring a robust and efficient communication link.
