3.3.1 To ensure the Steam Compressor with Overall Base and Guide Vane Adjustment Features from NANTONG DART-RICH FAN CO., LTD reaches its peak performance, meticulously position the compressor's integral base on a steadfast foundation. Strategically position the wedge-shaped shims beneath, adeptly adjusting the unit's level with precision.
Arrange the wedge-shaped irons in a strategic alternating pattern. Once perfect leveling is achieved, execute spot welds on the wedge-shaped irons at 4 to 5 precise junctions. The user must craft and install the wedge, customized to the specific scenario, ensuring a flawless contact surface for uniform force distribution.
The contact surface must be impeccably finished to ensure consistent contact on the inclined plane. It's vital that the bearing capacity of the wedge iron remains below 40Kg/cm2, securing safe and effective operation.

3.3.6 Seamlessly proceed to install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes, ensuring precision and adherence to the PI diagram. Equip these pipelines with the designated accessories, meticulously chosen for optimal performance. It is paramount that the pipeline connected to the compressor is supported by an independent bracket. This ensures the compressor body remains free from any undue stress or weight, safeguarding its integrity and functionality.
3.3.7 After the main fan and its accompanying equipment have been impeccably installed and the concrete foundation has reached its full solidity, you are poised to embark on the thrilling phase of conducting the compressor operation test. 3.3.8 Strategically place the electric control cabinet within a convenient 5-meter radius of the compressor. Employ a robust threading pipe to seamlessly integrate the wiring, discreetly routing it underground from the compressor to the electric control cabinet. Once the cabinet is securely in position, meticulously connect the wiring terminals within to the remote DCS lines, establishing a strong and dependable control link that promises efficiency and reliability.
