The core principle revolves around the idea that the secondary steam generated by the evaporator is compressed using a high-efficiency steam compressor, effectively converting electrical energy into thermal energy. This process elevates the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam, which is then cycled back into the evaporator. There, it heats the materials and induces evaporation, embodying the recycling of the latent heat of vaporization from secondary steam.

The Oil-Film High-Speed Direct Drive Steam Compressor is an advanced piece of turbine equipment powered by a high-efficiency permanent magnet motor. Its innovative architecture features an impeller that is directly mounted at the motor's shaft extension end, while the rotor is supported by an oil film bearing. Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by seamlessly positioning the compressor base directly onto the foundation. Ensure you place wedge-shaped shims beneath the base, which serve the vital function of adjusting the unit's level.
Skillfully alternate two wedge-shaped irons to perfectly level the unit. Once leveled, spot weld these wedge-shaped irons at 4 to 5 strategic points to secure them. Please note that the wedge should be
manufactured and installed by you according to your specific circumstances. The contact surface must be meticulously prepared to ensure even contact of inclined
planes. It's crucial that the bearing capacity of the wedge iron does not exceed 40Kg/cm

3.3.2 Utilize a precision level to achieve perfect leveling. The unit's level requirements are stringent: an axial level of 0.05/1000mm, and a horizontal
level of 0.10/1000mm, ensuring unparalleled accuracy.

3.3.3 Achieve perfect coupling alignment. Before you proceed with this task, ensure these vital preconditions are met:
1) Disengage the main power supply to ensure safety;
2) Safely remove the coupling shield with care;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section with precision;
4) Meticulously inspect the motor installation plane for flatness, ensuring it is devoid of debris, dirt, and unnecessary attachments;
5) Ensure that the motor bolt hole is slightly larger than the bolt itself, enabling easy loosening for precise motor adjustment;
6) Assemble sufficient stainless steel gaskets to cover the motor's foot. These gaskets must be impeccably clean and perfectly flat. Avoid using elongated, thin gaskets for adjustment between the motor and base;
7) Employ a highly accurate dial indicator or laser alignment meter with 0.01mm precision (recommended to be prepared by the customer);
8) Prepare a sturdy bracket to support the dial indicator as depicted in the subsequent diagram;

9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to affix a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, positioning the probe on the outer edge of the compressor wheel hub;
10) By adeptly adjusting the motor feet bolts, align the compressor and motor center lines, achieving a stunningly precise maximum deviation of the outer circle at 0.05mm. Ensure the motor shaft center line is slightly elevated compared to the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, with the coupling end face precision within 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Conclusively tighten the motor foot bolts, and double-check the outer circle runout and end face runout of the coupling for absolute precision.;
12) Following an idle test of the motor, re-install the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 Once the casing's 'levelness' and alignment are expertly adjusted, proceed to tighten the anchor bolts. After the mechanical operation or trial operation, it is crucial to loosen and retighten the bolts.

3.3.5 The impeller is a sophisticated, high-speed rotating component. It is imperative to ensure no solid or liquid substances enter the impeller, as this could cause irreversible damage to the compressor. Ensure that the pipelines connected to the compressor are immaculate and meet the steam corrosion grade requirements of the system. Pipelines failing to meet this standard must be promptly rectified. It is advisable to incorporate solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the straight pipe at the compressor inlet.
3.3.6 Proceed to install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. These crucial pipelines must be fitted with the appropriate pipeline accessories as delineated in the PI diagram. The pipelines connected to the compressor must be supported by an independent bracket, ensuring that their weight is not borne by the compressor body itself.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its ancillary equipment have been carefully and securely installed, and the concrete has been allowed to reach complete solidification, you're all set to conduct the compressor operation test. This step marks a crucial milestone in ensuring the system's readiness and optimal performance.
3.3.8 It is essential to position the electric control cabinet of the compressor within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. The wiring connecting the compressor to this control cabinet should be meticulously threaded through underground piping to ensure safety and efficiency. Once the electric control cabinet is in its designated position, proceed with connecting the wiring terminals inside the cabinet to the lines at the remote Distributed Control System (DCS), establishing a seamless operational network.
