3.3.1 Begin by positioning the compressor base securely on the foundation. Use wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to meticulously adjust for unit leveling. This is the first step towards ensuring a stable and efficient setup.

3.3.2 Use a precision level tool to find true level. The leveling demands are stringent: the axial level should be 0.05/1000mm and the horizontal level 0.10/1000mm, ensuring perfect alignment.

3.3.3 Center the coupling with expert precision. Before initiating the alignment process, ensure the following rigorous steps are completed:
1) Deactivate the main power supply to ensure safety;
2) Detach the coupling shield for unhindered access;
3) Carefully remove the diaphragm coupling intermediate segment;
4) Verify the motor installation plane's flatness, ensuring it is free from debris, dirt, and other obstructions;
5) The motor bolt holes must be sufficiently larger than the bolt size to allow easy loosening and motor adjustments;
6) Have an ample supply of stainless steel gaskets to adequately support the motor feet. These gaskets must be pristine and flat, avoiding thin, elongated gaskets for adjustments;
7) Utilize a dial indicator or an advanced laser alignment meter with a precision of 0.01mm, which should be obtained by the customer;
8) Prepare the support bracket for the dial indicator as depicted in the diagram below;
9) Use the motor wheel hub mounting bracket for the dial indicator on the wheel hub edge. Position the probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Adjust the bolts around the motor feet until the compressor and motor center lines are nearly identical, with a maximum deviation of 0.05mm. Note: the motor's shaft center line should be slightly higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft center line. The coupling end face should have a deviation between 0.03~0.05mm;
11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts and verify both the outer circle and end face runouts of the coupling for optimal performance;;
12) Reinstall the coupling's intermediate section post motor idling test to confirm smooth operation.
3.3.4 After achieving ideal 'levelness' and precise alignment, fasten the anchor bolts securely. Following a mechanical operation or trial run, loosen and retighten the bolts to ensure enduring stability.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed rotating marvel, requires protection from any ingress of solids or liquids to avoid irreversible damage. Ensure the cleanliness and compatibility of the inlet and outlet pipelines with the system's steam corrosion grade requirements. Any non-conformant pipelines must be immediately rectified to maintain integrity.It is strongly recommended to install solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, ahead of the compressor inlet's straight pipe to safeguard against potential issues.
3.3.6 Proceed to install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes, following the precise PI diagram directives for pipeline accessories. Ensure the connected pipeline is supported independently, avoiding any undue stress on the compressor body itself.
3.3.7 Once the primary fan and all its supporting equipment have been meticulously installed and the concrete has achieved full solidity, it's time to initiate the compressor's operation test. This marks a pivotal moment in ensuring the functionality and performance of the system.
3.3.8 It is essential to position the compressor's electric control cabinet within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. The connection between the compressor and its electric control cabinet should be expertly threaded through underground piping. Once the electric control cabinet is securely in place, proceed to connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the lines at the remote DCS. This setup is crucial for optimal operation and control.
