3.3.1 Begin the installation by carefully positioning the compressor base on the foundation. Utilize wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to achieve perfect leveling of the unit.
Arrange two wedge-shaped irons in an alternating fashion. Once the unit is level, secure these irons by spot welding at 4 to 5 points.
It's crucial that these wedges are crafted and positioned by the user, tailored to their specific situation. Ensure the contact surface is meticulously finished for even contact of the inclined plane.

3.3.2 Use a precision level to obtain exact leveling. The unit's axial level precision required is 0.05/1000mm, while its horizontal level needs to be 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Ensure precise coupling alignment. Before initiating, confirm these essential steps:
1) Disconnect the main power to ensure safety;
2) Remove the protective coupling shield;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section;
4) Confirm the flatness and cleanliness of the motor's installation plane, free from debris and dirt;
5) Motor bolt holes should be larger than the bolts to allow easy loosening for motor adjustments;
6) Have sufficient stainless steel gaskets ready to properly support the motor footing. Ensure gaskets are clean and flat; avoid using thin, elongated gaskets for adjustments;
7) Employ a dial indicator or laser alignment meter with 0.01mm accuracy (customer-supplied);
8) Set up a bracket to support the dial indicator as illustrated below;
9) Utilize a motor wheel hub mounting bracket for dial indicator placement on the hub's edge, with the probe positioned on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Adjust the bolts surrounding the motor feet to align the compressor and motor centerlines closely (or as per specific instructions). The maximum deviation for the outer circle is 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line positioned higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft center line; coupling end face should ensure a 0.03~0.05mm deviation;
11) Secure the motor foot bolts firmly and review both the outer circle runout and the coupling's end face runout for accuracy;
12) Proceed with installing the coupling intermediate section post motor idling test.
3.3.4 Once the casing's levelness and alignment are perfected, tighten the anchor bolts. Following a mechanical or trial operation, loosen and retighten the bolts to ensure optimal security.
3.3.5 The impeller, being a high-speed rotation component, requires extreme caution. Any foreign solid or liquid introduced can irrevocably damage the compressor. Therefore, ensure all inlet and outlet pipelines linked to the compressor are immaculate and conform to the system's steam corrosion grade standards. Pipelines falling short of these standards must be rectified. It is recommended to integrate solid-liquid separation devices, like a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the straight pipe at the compressor's inlet.
3.3.6 Install both inlet and outlet compressor pipes. Ensure that import and export pipelines incorporate the relevant accessories as per the PI diagram. The pipeline connecting to the compressor should be independently supported by an auxiliary bracket, as the compressor body must not bear its weight.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its auxiliary equipment are meticulously installed, and the concrete has reached complete solidification, it is then time to embark on the compressor's operation test. This ensures everything is perfectly set for optimal performance.
3.3.8 The compressor's electric control cabinet should be strategically installed within a convenient 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. For seamless integration and safety, the wiring from the compressor to this control cabinet should be elegantly connected using threading pipes, which should be ingeniously routed underground. Once the electric control cabinet is firmly in place, ensure to connect its wiring terminals with the lines at the remote DCS, establishing a reliable and efficient communication pathway.
