As a result, there is an increase in both pressure and temperature of the secondary steam, which is then cycled back to the evaporator. Here, it performs the dual function of heating materials and generating evaporation, thereby facilitating the recycling of the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam. This not only enhances efficiency but also demonstrates a commitment to sustainable practices.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by placing the compressor base integrally on its foundation. Carefully insert wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to achieve precise leveling of the unit.
Alternate the positioning of two wedge-shaped irons meticulously. Once the unit is perfectly leveled, perform spot welding on the wedge-shaped irons at 4 to 5 strategic points. This ensures stability and accuracy.
The user must manufacture and install the wedge according to specific situational needs, ensuring the contact surfaces are perfectly even for optimal performance.
Bear in mind, the bearing capacity of each wedge iron should not exceed a maximum of 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Utilize a precision level to ascertain an impeccable level. The unit's leveling demands are: an axial level precision of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level precision of 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Ensuring impeccable alignment of the coupling is crucial. Prioritize these preparatory steps for alignment:
1) Ensure safety by switching off the main power supply;
2) Remove any coupling shield that is in place;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section for access;
4) Inspect the motor installation plane meticulously to confirm it's debris-free and perfectly clean;
5) Motor bolt holes should be sized larger than the bolts for easy loosening and motor adjustment;
6) Have ample stainless steel gaskets ready to cover the motor's foot, ensuring they are flat and attachment-free. Avoid using long or thin gaskets between the motor and base for adjustments;
7) Deploy a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with a precise accuracy of 0.01mm, a customer-provided tool;
8) Set up the bracket as depicted below to support the dial indicator effectively;

9) Employ the motor wheel hub mounting bracket for positioning a dial indicator on the hub's edge, ensuring the probe aligns on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) By adroitly tweaking the adjustment bolts by the motor feet, align the center lines of the compressor and motor accurately (or follow specific instructions), ensuring an utmost outer circle deviation of 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center higher than that of the compressor's low-speed shaft, and coupling end face deviation between 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Firmly secure the motor foot bolts, then verify the runout of the outer circle and end face of the coupling for precision;;
12) Reinstall the coupling's intermediate section after conducting a successful motor idling test.
3.3.4 Post-adjustment of the casing's 'levelness' and alignment, securely fasten the anchor bolts. After conducting a mechanical (or trial) operation, loosen and retighten the bolts for assured stability.
3.3.5 The impeller's high-speed rotation mandates it remain free from any solid or liquid intrusion, which can irreversibly damage the compressor. Thus, ensuring the cleanliness and adherence to steam corrosion grade of the inlet and outlet pipelines is paramount. Rectify pipelines that fall short of these stringent conditions.
It is advisable to install solid-liquid separation equipment, like a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the straight pipe leading into the compressor inlet for optimal protection.
3.3.6 Proceed with the installation of the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Ensure pipelines adhere to the PI diagram specifications and are supported independently by dedicated brackets to avoid undue stress on the compressor.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its ancillary equipment have been meticulously installed and the concrete has achieved full solidity, it's time to initiate the compressor operation test. This marks an exciting milestone in ensuring the flawless performance and reliability of the Power Frequency Compressor. 3.3.8 For optimal performance and seamless operation, the electric control cabinet of the compressor should be strategically positioned within a convenient 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. The connection from the compressor to this control hub should be expertly executed by utilizing a threading pipe that discreetly runs underground. Once the electric control cabinet is securely in place, proceed to connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the remote DCS lines.
