The fundamental principle behind MVR involves compressing secondary steam produced by the evaporator through a high-energy-efficiency steam compressor. This transformative process effectively converts electrical energy into thermal energy, elevating the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. The resulting rise in temperature enables the secondary steam to return triumphantly to the evaporator, where it efficiently heats materials and induces further evaporation. This sophisticated recycling process harnesses the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam, culminating in a cycle of perpetual energy conservation and optimization.

The Oil-film High-Speed Direct Drive Steam Compressor is a cutting-edge piece of turbine equipment powered by an ultra-efficient permanent magnet motor. Installation Instructions

3.3.1 To begin the installation of your High-Speed Industrial Compressor with Direct Drive and Speed Regulation, place the compressor base seamlessly onto the foundation. Utilize wedge-shaped shims positioned strategically beneath the base for precision leveling of the unit.
Introduce two wedge-shaped irons in an alternating manner. Once the unit is perfectly leveled, secure the positioning by spot welding the wedges at 4 to 5 key points. These wedges should be
crafted and installed by you, adhering to your specific environmental conditions. Ensure the contact surface is meticulously finished to guarantee smooth, even contact.
Note that the wedge iron's weight-bearing capacity should not exceed 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Employ a precision level to achieve ultimate accuracy. The unit's leveling specifications are paramount: maintain an axial level precision of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level precision of 0.10/1000mm.
These meticulous measurements ensure the highest performance standards.

3.3.3 Achieve precision in coupling alignment by following these preparatory steps before commencing alignment:
1) Disconnect the main power supply immediately, ensuring safety first;
2) Detach the coupling shield for unobstructed access;
3) Carefully remove the diaphragm coupling intermediate section, preparing for alignment;
4) Inspect the motor installation plane for flatness, ensuring it is devoid of any unwanted debris, dirt, or attachments.
5) The motor bolt holes should exceed the bolt size, allowing for flexible adjustment of the motor.
6) Ensure you have an ample supply of stainless steel gaskets to support the motor feet. These gaskets must be impeccably flat and free from any attachments. Avoid using elongated or thin gaskets for adjustments between the motor and base.
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a laser alignment tool boasting a 0.01mm accuracy (to be provided by you);
8) Prepare a sturdy bracket to support the dial indicator, as illustrated below;

9) Employ the motor wheel hub mounting bracket for installing a dial indicator on the wheel hub edge, positioning the dial indicator probe on the outer rim of the compressor wheel hub.
10) Adjust the motor feet bolts meticulously to ensure that the center lines of the compressor and motor align. Allow for a maximum deviation of 0.05mm on the outer circle, with the motor shaft center line slightly elevated above the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, and coupling end-face deviation between 0.03~0.05mm.

11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts and conduct a thorough review of the outer circle runout and end-face runout of the coupling.Careful attention to these details is crucial for optimal performance.
12) Once the motor idling test is successfully completed, reinstall the coupling intermediate section.
3.3.4 Following the precise adjustment of levelness and alignment of the casing, anchor bolts should be firmly tightened. After the initial mechanical operation or trial operation, bolts should be loosened and retightened to secure the setup.

3.3.5 The impeller operates at high speed and is highly sensitive. Any intrusion of solid or liquid into the impeller can cause irreversible damage. Therefore, it is imperative to ensure the compressor's inlet and outlet pipelines are pristine and conform to the system's steam corrosion grade standards. Non-compliant pipelines must be rectified immediately. Introducing solid-liquid separation equipment, like a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the compressor inlet's straight pipe is highly recommended.
3.3.6 Proceed with the installation of the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Ensure the correct pipeline accessories are attached as per the PI diagram. Pipelines must be supported by a separate bracket to ensure their weight does not burden the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its supporting equipment have been meticulously installed and the concrete has completely solidified, it's time to embark on the compressor operation test. This test is crucial to ensure everything is in perfect working order and ready to deliver optimal performance.
3.3.8 Position the electric control cabinet conveniently within a 5-meter radius of the compressor for seamless functionality. The wiring process demands precision, where cables from the compressor snake elegantly through threading pipes, discreetly beneath the ground. Once the control cabinet is perfectly stationed, establish a reliable connection by linking the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the remote DCS lines, ensuring smooth and efficient operation.
