This transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, elevating both the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. Remarkably, this increase in temperature allows the secondary steam to be redirected back to the evaporator, providing heat to materials and inducing evaporation. Through this innovative process, the recycling of the latent heat of vaporization of secondary steam is brilliantly achieved, optimizing energy efficiency like never before.

The Oil-film High-speed Direct Drive Steam Compressor represents an advanced breakthrough in turbine technology, harnessing the power of a high efficiency permanent magnet motor. Its ingenious design features a direct installation of the impeller at the motor's shaft extension end. Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by securely placing the compressor base as a complete unit onto the prepared foundation. For optimal alignment, strategically position wedge-shaped shims beneath the base; these are essential tools for achieving precise unit leveling.
Arrange two wedge-shaped irons in an alternate configuration. Once the unit is perfectly leveled, expertly spot weld the wedge-shaped irons at 4 to 5 critical points, ensuring firm stability. The wedges need to be
custom-manufactured and skillfully installed by the user, tailored to the specific installation scenario. The contact surfaces should be finely finished to guarantee a seamless meeting on the inclined
plane. The load-bearing capacity of each wedge iron must comply with the specification of not exceeding 40Kg/cm
2.
3.3.2 Employ a precision level to meticulously ascertain the unit's level. The alignment standards demand that the axial level must be maintained at 0.05/1000mm, and the horizontal
level must be sustained at 0.10/1000mm, ensuring superior operational effectiveness.

3.3.3 Proceed with coupling alignment, ensuring the utmost precision. Prior to alignment activities, please verify the following prerequisites:
1) Safely deactivate the main power supply;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield;
3) Disassemble the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Inspect the motor installation plane meticulously to guarantee it is devoid of any debris, contamination, or unwanted attachments;
5) Confirm that the motor bolt holes are adequately larger than the bolts to allow for easy loosening and motor adjustments;
6) Prepare ample stainless steel gaskets to cover the motor's foot. These gaskets must be devoid of any attachments and perfectly flat. Avoid using elongated and slender gaskets for adjustments between the motor and base;
7) Utilize a high precision dial indicator or laser alignment meter with a 0.01mm accuracy level (to be provided by the customer);
8) Arrange for the necessary bracket to support the dial indicator as demonstrated below;

9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to affix a dial indicator at the hub's edge. Position the dial indicator probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer rim to ensure precision alignment;
10) Adjust the fine-tuning bolts situated around the motor feet so that the compressor and motor center lines are perfectly aligned (or follow specific guidelines), ensuring the maximum deviation of the outer circle does not exceed 0.05mm. The motor shaft center line should be slightly elevated compared to the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, with coupling end faces between 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Once alignment is achieved, securely fasten the motor foot bolts, then re-evaluate the outer circle runout and end face runout of the coupling.
12) Reinstall the coupling's intermediate section following a successful motor idling test.
3.3.4 Post-adjustment of the unit's "levelness" and precise alignment of the casing, proceed to tighten the anchor bolts. Following the initial mechanical operation or trial run, loosen and then retighten the bolts to ensure maximum stability.

3.3.5 With the impeller being a critical high-speed component, any entry of solid or liquid substances could potentially result in severe, irreversible damage to the compressor. It is imperative to certify that all inlet and outlet pipelines connected to the compressor are impeccably clean and adhere to the stringent steam corrosion grading system requirements. Should pipelines fall short of these standards, corrective measures must be undertaken. It's advised to integrate solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the straight pipe at the compressor inlet to preclude potential contamination.
3.3.6 Proceed with the installation of compressor inlet and outlet pipes, carefully adhering to the PI diagram for relevant pipeline accessories. Ensure that the pipeline connected to the compressor is independently supported by an auxiliary bracket, rather than placing its weight on the compressor body, to prevent undue strain or damage.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its supplementary equipment are securely in place, and the concrete has reached its full strength and stability, it's time to initiate the compressor operation test. This ensures that all systems are functioning seamlessly and efficiently.
3.3.8 For optimal performance and safety, the electric control cabinet for the compressor should be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. The wiring that connects the compressor to the electric control cabinet should be expertly installed using threading pipes, designed to be laid underground for protection and efficiency. Once the electric control cabinet is installed, it's crucial to meticulously connect the wiring terminals inside to the lines at the remote Distributed Control System (DCS), ensuring a flawless and cohesive operational setup.
