3.3.1 With precision and care, place the compressor base integrally upon the foundation. Utilize wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to attain impeccable leveling of the unit.
Skillfully arrange two wedge-shaped irons in an alternate fashion. Upon achieving the desired level, meticulously spot weld the irons at 4-5 strategic points. The design and installation of the wedge should be tailored by the user, considering the unique circumstances at hand.
Ensure the contact surface is flawlessly finished, achieving seamless contact on the inclined plane, thereby upholding the integrity and reliability of the installation.
The bearing capacity of the wedge iron must remain below 40Kg/cm

3.3.2 Employ a level to ascertain perfect alignment. The stringent leveling standards demand an axial level of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm for the unit.

3.3.3 Achieve perfect coupling alignment by adhering to these essential prerequisites:
1) Ensure safety by turning off the main power supply;
2) Remove the coupling shield with precision;
3) Carefully detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Verify the motor installation plane's flatness, ensuring it is free from any debris or attachments;
5) Design the motor bolt hole to be sufficiently larger than the bolt size, allowing for ample adjustment space;
6) Prepare a generous supply of pristine, flat stainless steel gaskets to support the motor's foot. Avoid using elongated or slender gaskets for adjustments;
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with a precision of 0.01mm (provided by the customer) to ensure impeccable alignment;
8) Equip yourself with a reliable bracket to support the dial indicator, as depicted in the subsequent illustration;

9) Employ the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to secure a dial indicator along the wheel hub's edge, placing the probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) By deftly adjusting the bolts around the motor feet, align the compressor and motor center lines to perfection, ensuring a maximum deviation of 0.05mm. The motor shaft center line should elevate slightly above the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, with coupling end face deviations kept between 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Once alignment is perfected, securely tighten the motor foot bolts and re-examine the outer circle runout and end face runout of the coupling;
12) Conclude the process by installing the coupling intermediate section following a successful motor idling test.
3.3.4 Following the adjustment of casing "levelness" and alignment, diligently tighten the anchor bolts. After the mechanical operation or trial, it is crucial to loosen and re-tighten for sustained stability.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed marvel, demands utmost protection against any solid or liquid intrusion, which could cause irreversible damage to the compressor. Ensure the cleanliness and compliance of inlet and outlet pipelines with the system's steam corrosion grade.
In cases of non-compliance, rectify immediately and consider integrating solid-liquid separation equipment, like a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, ahead of the compressor inlet's straight pipeline for enhanced safeguarding.
3.3.6 Install the compressor inlet and outlet pipes with meticulous adherence to the PI diagram. Support the connected pipelines with separate brackets, ensuring that the compressor body bears no undue weight from these installations.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and all its ancillary equipment have been meticulously installed and the concrete base has fully set and solidified, you are poised to initiate the compressor operation test, ensuring a seamless transition into the next phase of operation.
3.3.8 The electric control cabinet for the compressor must be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. The critical wiring from the compressor to the control cabinet should be expertly routed through underground threading pipes, ensuring optimal safety and efficiency. When the electric control cabinet is securely in place, connect the wiring terminals in the cabinet to the remote Distributed Control System (DCS) lines, creating a robust and reliable network for precise control and monitoring.
